The property boasts two clean and modern bathrooms. The bathrooms feature a bathtub with shower, a toilet, a sizable counter and sink, and plenty of storage. Towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are all provided.

Kind words from past guests: `I gave a five out of five for all categories which usually doesn’t happen….but there wasn’t anything or any reason to give less. The stay went so well. We stayed four night.. I recommend at least four nights or more cause you can settle in just like home and get comfortable. They have everything you need there from coffee to cooking oil. The hot tub in the building and the pool and hot tub outside very easy to get to and not crowded when we were there. Inside parking easy and lots of room. As for the comfort of the unit.. the beds are super cozy. The gas fireplace easy to use and sitting in the living room with that on watching TV an excellent way to get sleepy.. and what can I say about the mountain views?? Spectacular… !, it’s a short trip to Banff . It was our second time to Canmore and the town is more compact and easy to walk around than Banff.outside the condo on the corner you can wait for the free bus and take an round trip and see a lot!`

The condo is situated in a mountain resort located in downtown Canmore, near Cornerstone Theatre and a close drive of Mount Norquay, Sunshine Village and Lake Louise. You`ll find a handful of restaurants and cafes in Canmore.

In order to better enjoy the area of Canmore we really recommend renting a vehicle. However, the public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.

-The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 7’3”.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

- Construction work will be taking place in the building as part of an approved maintenance project. Some noise and limited access may occur during this time, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
