GUEST ACCESS
Keypad self check-in. Please ensure your email address on file is up to date, as all instructions, access codes, and detailed information will be sent to guest's Vrbo inbox (also copied to guest's email address on file) 3 days before arrival. Kindly review everything in advance so you wonât need to wait for a response about check-in details while in the parkade or outside the unit.
Guests can access the entire condo except for locked supply closet.

Please note: Any building amenities are subject to availability & only open during buildings allowed times. Solara Resort (built in 2008) may occasionally undergo maintenance, which could result in minor inconvenience such as,
âą Maintenance to elevators, pool, hot tub, underground parking and gym.
âą Often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
âą By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.

A second heated underground parking space may be available for $10 per day - half the public price, subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance to check if it's available for your dates. Free street parking is available nearby along Kananaskis Way, but spots may be limited on weekends and during high season.

This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.

Please remove outdoor footwear indoors to protect the flooring. Your are welcome to bring indoor shoes or slippers.

Avoid using white towels for makeup removal or hair dyeâyouâre welcome to bring your own wipes or dark towels if needed.

Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be store in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited. Private parkade storage locker available.

Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.

Do not use any fire hazards that may cause a fire alarm or serious damages.
â
Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.

Quiet Hours: 10 pm â 8 am.

Check out time is no later than 11:00 am.

We do not charge for minor accidental damage (e.g. a broken glass or plate), but kindly notify us if anything breaks or spills so we can replace it for future guests.

During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.
