This 3rd-floor end-unit is uniquely positioned with no structure above it in the four-story Solara Resort, offering a peaceful stay with no overhead foot traffic noise.
We are in the Bow building with convenient access to pool and hot tub.
THE SPACE
â â The unit providesâ â
- Well stocked gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and wine fridge.
- Granite & stone countertops with an open layout to the dining & living room.
- The living room sofa is also a pull-out queen bed which can sleep two additional guests. Additional pillows, sheets and blanket are in the closet.
- Drip coffee maker, complimentary coffee, coffee mate and sugar, general cooking supplies such as cooking oil and condiments.
- Complimentary WIFI and cable TV.
- In-suite Washer and Dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, plus iron and ironing board.
- One highchair and one Pack N Play, please bring your own sheets/bedding for your baby.

- Bedroom#1 â master bedroom with king bed, smart TV, electric fireplace, private full bathroom with separate shower and tub. Southwest facing.
- Bedroom#2 - queen bed with full bathroom. Southeast facing.
Each bedroom is equipped with hair dryer, and extra blanket/portable heater/fan.

HUGE private balcony. Electric BBQ and patio dining set is available for your dining convenience.

- Heated pool and hot tub can be found in the Bow building where our unit is located.
- One Wellness & Spa - includes: sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, fitness center, change rooms (available at additional personal cost).
- One free parking in the heated underground parkade with entrance clearance (7'6" or 2.3m).
GUEST ACCESS
Keypad self check-in. Code for unit door and garage door will be provided 3 days before arrival, along with check-in/check-out instructions. Please make sure your email address on file is up to date.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
â Please ensure that the email address on your VRBO account is up to date. A welcome email will be sent to you within a few hours after the booking is made.
â Please note: The Solara Resort occasionally need maintenance and can result in an inconvenience such as,
âą Maintenance to elevators, pool, hot tub, underground parking and gym often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
âą By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.
â This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.
â Check-in: After 4:00 pm
â Check-out: no later than 11:00 am
â Bear Spray: Not provided in the unit.
â No-pet policy (including hypoallergenic breeds).
HOUSE RULES
â No parties. No pets. No Smoking.
â Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.
â Please remove outdoor footwear indoors to protect the flooring. Your are welcome to bring indoor shoes or slippers.
â Please avoid makeup or hair dye stains on any white towels, feel free to bring your own wipes/dark color towels if necessary.
â Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be stored in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited.
â Only use pool towels for pool and hot tub. Do not take bath towels out of the unit.
â No unregistered guests allowed. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit for the property.
â Quiet Hours: 10 pm â 8 am.
â Check out time is no later than 11:00 am
â We do NOT charge for minor accidental damages such as a wine glass or plate, however if anything breaks or spills, please let us know ASAP so we can fix/replace for following guests.
â During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.
â By booking this property, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your guests during your stay, and to use the premises and amenities with care. The hosts are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that occur on the property.
