Appartement moderne de 1 chambre rénové situé en étage élevé offrant une vue panoramique sur l'océan Atlantique, la lagune de Condado, le port de San Juan et l'avenue Ashford depuis toutes les pièces. Ses vues à couper le souffle de l'eau sont par jour et aussi spectaculaire la nuit lorsqu'il Ashford Avenue San Juan Condado et prennent vie. Asseyez-vous sur les meubles de patio confortable de le balcon et d'absorber les environs tout en sirotant une boisson fraîche. Le condo est à distance de marche de nombreuses plages spectaculaires et à manger. Il est situé en diagonale des nouveaux hôtels Condado Vanderbilt et Serafina, à deux pâtés de maisons de l’hôtel La Concha et à un pâté de maisons du parc de Ventana al Mar et de la plage de Condado. Vous êtes au coeur de Condado et à distance de marche de tout. Kayak, Paddle Boarding et autres sports nautiques sont disponibles à la location dans le lagon. Certains des autres agréments locaux sont les hôtels, les casinos, les bars, les discothèques, les restaurants et les magasins. Les supermarchés et les pharmacies sont également à proximité. Transport en commun (bus ou en taxi B21) peut vous emmener à Old San Juan. Sur demande, mon administrateur immobilier peut agir en tant que votre guide touristique personnel. Wonderful stay

The condo is in a great area with a beautiful o wan view. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony! Great communication - easy check in. Dont hesitate to book!

The condo was beautiful. Right on the beach. Maritza, the property manager is absolutely wonderful & helpful! Anthony the owner is also wonderful. The area is beautiful and there's so much to do. Highly recommend

great condado beach location!

very close to the condado area, beach, restaurants! property manager was kind and helpful. make sure to bring toiletries (shampoo etc) as they’re not provided. we’d absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful can’t wait to come back.

The host was amazing. The house was beautiful very clean modern me set up and hide everything you need me and my husband cannot wait to come back. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is AMAZING The location is in a great area. Easy to get to everything. WE WILLLL BE BACK!!!

All the way around a YES.

The property was great along with the property manager who was very helpful and accommodating. Everything you may need was available plus some extra amenities that we didn’t know we would need. I would definitely stay at the property again and again and again. Great location, views, size, and decor. Parking was also made available which was also a plus given the central prime location. Plenty within walking distance.

Fabulous view and great location

This apartment is in a great spot along the main road of Condado. The 8th-floor balcony overlooks the surf rolling into Condado beach. In the other directions are striking views of Old San Juan and Condado Lagoon. The unit was comfortable, clean, and well appointed with the amenities one needs for such a stay--coffee maker, microwave, washer/drier, beach towels, and so forth. The owner was courteous and very easy to deal with. The onsite housekeeper was responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this unit to family and friends and would rent again if I have the opportunity.

Great Condo in a Great Location

We booked the first week of the new year. The owner was very helpful with information and suggestions to the area that helped us plan our first visit to PR. Local manager picked us up from the airport, stopped at a local grocery store and pointed out many restaurant suggestions along the way to the condo. We tried 3 of her suggestions and each was wonderful. Condo is on the 8th floor of the building and did not disappoint. It was well appointed and clean. The highlight for us was the views and the breeze from the balcony. It was a short walk to the beach where we rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for $20 per day. There are many local restaurants in the area that are within a short walk. It was very easy to catch an Uber to take us to areas that were not within walking distance. We would highly recommend this condo and owner if you are visiting PR.

Perfect location with a view

We stayed for about a week and the location was right on the Condado strip with a spectacular view! We rented a car to see other sites of Puerto Rico, however on the days where we just wanted to relax, everything was in walking distance…beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. Maritza the onsite property manager who lives across the hall, was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment had all of your basic needs, with you only having to purchase groceries in order to prepare meals/snacks. The only suggestions I would have is replacement of bed mattress as it was very hard and became uncomfortable after several days and the air conditioner in the bedroom was very loud, minus these two suggestions, it would definitely not keep me from booking this location again…will definitely be a top pick when we come to PR again!

Great Condo with amazing views!!

This was our first Christmas and New Years in Puerto Rico and it was amazing! The owner Anthony was great in responding to our questions prior to the trip providing in-depth info on San Juan and the property. Maritza, the property manager, was readily available checking with us before arrival and showing us around the condo. The description of this property was on point. It is modern, clean and comfortable with amazing views of the laguna, cruise ships and the ocean. We had a front row seat to the fireworks display on Christmas and New Years eve! Great restaurants, stores, beach and parks are in walking distance. One minor drawback is the paid parking which is limited in the basement. I did notice an adjacent paid parking lot that is very spacious. Thank you Anthony and Debbie, we had a great time!

Clean, well quipped condo at a great location

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. The place was clean and well equipped, just like any good apartment. It even had a washer/dryer which really helped as we are avid beach goers and at the end of the beach day, we can simply toss the beach clothes and towels in the wash, not to mention the ability to wash our clothing at the end of the trip, that way we don’t have to worry about washing it when we travel back home. The location is right in the heart of Condado beach, with easy walks to beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. There’s even a supermarket less than a mile away to grab some breakfast items since the place did have a kitchen. However, the best part was the service. Once I booked the place, Anthony was very quick at responding and if I had any questions, he would reply quickly. He gave us instructions on what to do prior to getting to the property and he gave us the contact information to Maritza, who is the property manager and she was the one who took care of us when we got there. She was even nice enough to pick us up and drop us off the airport (for a small fee of course), which was very convenient and saved us the time to look for an Uber. The entire stay was excellent and we will definitely book this property again should we visit Condado beach down the road. Highly recommend!!

WE'LL BE BACK!!!

This is a wonderful clean, bright, and breezy one bedroom condo, with incredible views to the beach, lagoon, and distant view of the Port of San Juan where you see the cruise ships. It’s situated right across the street from the beach with easy access to the beach. There’s a nice balcony to relax in while taking in those great views, and enjoying a cup of coffee (or tea) in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. The owner, Anthony, is a pleasure to deal with as well as Maritza, who is his onsite manager. If you need a lift to the condo from the airport, you can arrange to have Maritza pick you up from the airport for less than what a cab would charge (and she’ll do it with open arms, too!). She’ll even drop you off at a supermarket to pick up whatever items will be needed during your stay, as well as recommend restaurants in the area. However, if you desire to eat in, there is a very nice kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that is fully stocked. The condo is convenient to everything, located in the heart of the Condado area, with easy walk to a variety of great restaurants, boutiques and shopping. There’s a Starbucks, Ben and Jerry’s and Walgreens nearby as well, and great hotels, including La Concha, the Condado Vanderbilt, the Marriott, and the Condado Plaza Hilton. For the short time we were there, we ate at some nice restaurants such as Ropa Vieja, Oceania, Orozco’s, and La Perla (located at La Concha). All I can say is that my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s place. We wanted a nice accommodation in the Condado to help celebrate my birthday without breaking the bank…and this condo hit the spot…as it was perfect in so many ways! So, thank you, Anthony and Maritza…for your warm and great hospitality. God willing, WE’LL BE BACK!

I have traveled many times from New York to Condado starting when I was a young boy. I fell in love with the warm friendly people, the delicious food and unbelievably beautiful beaches. There are so many fun things to see and do that it is impossible to do it all on one visit to the island. Go out and explore this magical island.
