*The studio provides perfect comfort along with functionality, chic touches and a new entertainment system including a large Smart TV and High Speed WiFi perfect for anyone working remotely while they escape to Puerto Rico. A two person dining table doubles as an easy workspace for any task you may need to complete during your stay.

*The bathroom has a single vanity and stand up shower outfitted with all the necessities such as towels and INITIAL SETS of Shampoo and Soap.

*The space has a kitchenette featuring a full refrigerator, sink, two burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and pantry.

*Management will provide INITIAL SETS of TRAVEL SIZE soap and shampoo, toilet paper plus paper towel, coffee, dish sponge and soap. Two Bath Towels and One Beach Towel per guest. Housekeeping is not included during the stay; make sure to bring your personal items to meet your needs.

*Getting around the area is a breeze from the villas. UBER is widely available for traveling anywhere in the San Juan area and can be called directly to the complex.

*Condado provides motorized scooter rentals for a fee and the complex is perfectly located along oceanfront pathways that allow you to walk to both Old San Juan and across the footbridge to New San Juan. If you choose to rent a vehicle, paid parking is available at the Normandie, Paseo Caribe and Caribe Hilton.
