The air conditioning was great, especially after walking in the hot sun. The balcony was very nice after sunset. I really enjoyed the apartment. I felt secure even though I was traveling alone. The location was great and I wasn't kept awake on Friday night with street noise. I would stay there again.

The apartment is amazing. Centrally located, everything is within walking distance. Cold a/c, good water pressure in the shower. Only thing you need to be aware of is the rooster that lives across the street in the plaza. That little SOB will be crowing at daybreak, or earlier every morning, waking you up after a late night. Then he will be looking at you when you go out the next day, smirking at you..

Very comfortable two room suite, well equipped kitchen, nice sized bedroom/bath with spacious dining/living area. Excellent location with a nice neighborhood feel. Surprisingly quiet for facing out to main thoroughfare, very much enjoyed sitting on balcony and watching street life below.

The location of this condo couldn't be better! It is an easy walk to wonderful restaurants and all the must see sights. It's a safe area and there is a lovely park right across the street. It's very quiet and comfortable - the bed is excellent and all the accomodations are nice. There is a small grocery right down the street so we were able to have breakfast and could have cooked more had we chosen. The air conditioning provided a cool respite from the heat and the elevator made being on the top floor manageable. We received prompt responses from the management and check in and out was very easy.

The location was perfect and central to dining and shopping with a lovely view from the balcony. Mint Suite is also close to the castle and other sightseeing attractions e.g. El Morrow. Communication was excellent including notices of water outages. The unit was clean and comfortable for my needs.

The suite was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed! Noise from the street was not a problem as we were up on the 4th floor above all the action. AC kept the entire place a nice temperature. Location was perfect walkable distance for everything in OSJ. Loved the view from th balcony!

The Mint Suite was a wonderful place to stay. It was in the heart of Old San Juan, which allowed for quick Ubers to surrounding places and beaches. The place was clean, the air conditioning worked wonderfully, and you were immersed in the town feel throughout the day.The host recommends you places to park if you rent a car and that was extremely helpful. Overall, a great place to stay for your Puerto Rican vacation. I would 100% stay again.

I did not visit the National Park, but I did enjoy my stay in Old San Juan. The location was perfect for walking to most destinations in OSJ, with several restaurants in close proximity and only a short Lyft ride to the Convention Hall and airport. The pocket park across the street provided a lively range of music and local cultural gatherings that I could hear (if not view) from my balcony.

Bed was comfy, place was clean. Bring your earplugs if on a weekend, but it was overall a quieter street than some. Only thing I'd change is removing glade plug ins for those sensitive to fragrance

Perfect location

Great location could easily walk everywhere. No need to Uber if up for walking to explore beautiful Old San Juan. The bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor while showering and should have a shower curtain to avoid slippery floor.

Viejo San Juan getaway

Bigger than I thought it would be. Close proximity to good food and night life. Good times, highly recommended. Side note we Ubered into VSJ (parking in garage available but the walk w/ a lot of luggage isn’t the business). We picked up rental upon checkout for second leg of our stay.
