Studio lumineux et spacieux dans un immeuble directement sur une étendue immaculée de plage de sable blanc. Le Condominium Stella Maris est situé au 1, avenue Condado, au cœur d'El Condado, en face de la piscine du San Juan Stellaris Marriott Resort and Casino.
L'emplacement au cinquième étage permet des vues spectaculaires, mais est encore suffisamment bas pour vous permettre de vous endormir en surfant la nuit. Un mur plein de portes coulissantes en verre côté océan s'ouvre aux brises tropicales et à une vue panoramique. Les rideaux occultants vous permettent de dormir tard le matin ou de faire une sieste lorsque vous êtes d'humeur.
Ce joyeux studio a été récemment rénové avec des sols en travetin, y compris la salle de bain, une nouvelle télévision à écran plat et Internet haut débit. Wonderful Oceanview Stay

The condo was clean, convenient and very secure. The views of the ocean were incredible, the bed was very comfy and, although it was hot while we visited, the breeze that came through the doors prevented us from touching the AC. We were steps away from the ocean, minutes away from delicious food and a quick taxi/Uber/Lyft from Viejo San Juan.

Hit the beach!

This listing is as advertised! Excellent accommodations with careful consideration to guests needs. My wife and I spent a week at Erics studio on the beach. Plenty to do within walking distance, or Uber to nearby Old San Juan. Would love to return someday and let the sound of the ocean lull us to sleep….

Amazing place, great location

We had everything we needed for a short stay in Condado area. Amazing views, ocean breeze are breathtaking. Apartment is fully equipped with all you need. Convenient commute to old town. Groceries, cafes, restaurants- all within minutes. The beach is vibrant though swimming might be challenging, it’s not quiet waters. We loved it though.

A beautiful relaxing condo in the heart of Condado.

From signing the agreement to leaving for home, Eric has been the greatest host. The condo is very clean comfortable, safe and completely stocked with everything you need for a comfortable weeks stay. The picture is what you get, a beach view that you will not want to leave. We never turned on the air conditioning, the ocean breeze and sound of the waves, created a perfect night’s sleep. Walk out the door and you are either on the beach or in the middle of restaurants and convenience stores.Eric helped create a dream vacation with a beautiful room and his never ending hospitality.

Gorgeous view and excellent location

We loved our stay here. It had everything you needed and more (beach towels, coolers, etc.). The location was directly on the beach with a beautiful view from the 5th floor and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is a very safe and secure place, hence there are several keys, a fob and a parking gate opener to work with. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions. If we visit San Juan again we will definitely contact the owner.

The place is absolutely stunning with a great ocean view and balcony. The owner is so easy to understand and very responsive to questions via vrbo or text. Its in a very walkable area with lots to see and do/eat. We Will be back again

Birthday getaway

Just chexked put of Eric's property Rhe space is exactly how its listed on vrbo. The ocean view is spectacular and prettier than what you would expect. Wether is waking up or napping to the ocean and wave sounds it made for a relaxed vacation. The room is quaint and very clean perfect if you want to recharge or reconnect with your partner or spouse. Its equipped with the required and adequate ameneties from beach chairs to cooler so that you may enhoy a day on the beach. We opted to rent chaira and umbreall as theey also have thiae available to you on the beach.The area is safe and restuarants are relatively available walking distance.and if not just an uber ride away. Eric is extremely warm and friendly and only a text away if needed. He was very attentive and responsive throughout my trip. Thanks again for the umbrella! I truly reocmmend that you rent his space you will not be disappointed and I look forward to renting and visiting in tje near future

The best location at San Juan.

The condo is very convenient, it has everything you need in the condo. We love that they got all the kitchen appliances since my husband is vegan , so I have to cook most of the meal for him during our stay . Eric was very awesome, we had so many questions and he helped us with everything. We got a parking ticket and we had a hard time to find where can we pay for it . Eric helped us to find out the location and how to get there and he didn’t have too but he was really nice for going above and beyond to help us out . If we re going back to PR we will definitely stay there again . Thank you for everything Eric!

More than I expected....

My partner and I stayed at Eric's quaint studio apartment for 5 days. The apartment was perfect for our 5-day stay and exceeded our expectations. Check-in was a bit tricky, lockbox key access, multiple keys for elevator and apt., etc.- slight confusion when we arrived, however our host answered my call immediately and walked us through accessing the keys to the unit for seamless entry. The studio was immaculate, fully stocked, beautifully decorated; I loved the blue accents and decor that included cheeky wall frames trimmed with colorful seashells. The oceanfront views are stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony. King size bed was extremely comfortable. Centrally located, Old San Juan was a $10 Uber ride away; 30m to Laquillo and Pinones Beach; 45m to El Yunque National Rain Forest. Close to restaurants on Ashford Avenue, Walgreens, 24 hour pharmacy, and much more within a 2-block radius. We were excited to see coolers, beach chairs and towels available and put them to good use. Highly recommended and will be back for a quick weekend getaway. Thanks, Eric!

Elopement & Honeymoon

We stayed in this condo for our first week long stay/elopement & honeymoon in PR. It was perfect!! It was clean, close to all stores/restaurants & the view was breathtaking!! The owner was a available and communicated promptly. We ran into him one day and told him we were getting married and he gifted us a bottle of champagne and even suggested some things to go do & see. We will definitely be booking with him again!! It was perfect for our new chapter!!! B & C 8-8-24

Great location and value! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very responsive to all communication. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. The bed was super comfortable. Check-in process was easy, and the room was very secure. The location right on the beach was perfect! We were also easily able to Uber to Old San Juan for $6-8 plus tip. The condo was right beside a convenience store that is open 24 hours a day. Overall a great trip!

What a perfect trip my husband and I had! This was our first time in Puerto Rico and we are totally in LOVE! Everyone is so nice! Eric is a wonderful host and check in was very detailed and helpful. PR has everything you want: Beautiful beaches, delicious food, cocktails, culture, art and nature! Condado was the perfect place for it all! We will be back! Highly recommend. 😊

Amazing Beach property

This place was amazingly situated in San Juan with a real balcony to enjoy the beach front views each day! The apartment had everything you needed to beach and enjoy. This location was walkable to great food and easy to catch uber's to old San Juan. Eric was super responsive to our questions.

Just Beachy

***I'll start by saying, I am the type of person, no matter where I stay, will ALWAYS leave a property better than I've found it because I believe in treating every place I stay, like home. With that being said, the check-in process, for me, was little bit tricky learning the keys and how to maneuver the gate and door. However, Eric is VERY responsive and hands on and will walk you through every minute detail. ***There were a couple of small issues, I addressed with him and he was very receptive to the feedback. One issue, on the first day, was handled within the hour. Eric was even kind enough to bring me some fresh produce to start off my stay. How awesome was that?! ***Albeit small, this studio condo is perfect for party of one or a couple looking to spend some quality time, in an intimate setting. Since, I travel back and forth to PR, throughout the year, I am very familiar with the neighborhood and really enjoy the walkability, which made this condo suitable for my needs. ***This was my first time staying "small", but must say I actually enjoyed having a little less space. And the view, "bellisimo"! 😊 This property books quickly, so don't procrastinate, if it's available during your travel window. You can't beat the price nor the location. Luciana "Lu"

Another Wonderful Visit

My husband and I just returned home from Puerto Rico. This was our fourth trip to the island and our second time staying in this condo. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. Eric is a perfect host. He thought of everything to make you feel right at home. The location is incredible and the view from the balcony is gorgeous.

I recently retired after being employed for 2 decades as an airline flight attendant. I have lived in Puerto Rico for more than 40 years, residing in Stella Maris since 1987. I love living in San Juan which has a nice mix of beach and city and enjoys almost perfect weather the entire year long. I live in the same building as the rental which allows me to attend quickly to any issues that arise. I strive to provide the level of service that I would like to receive if I were renting form someone else.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I chose to live in Condominium Stella Maris primarily for location. You simply can not beat the view. Being on the beach at the end of Condado Avenue, we are right in the heart of things. When you walk out on the balcony you feel as if you were out at sea on a cruise ship. The waves lapping the beach lull you to sleep and the breeze blowing in is soothing and comforting.
The building itself has 11 floors and a friendly neighborly feel to it.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Almost anything you want to do is accessible by foot. There are a multitude of restaurants in the neighborhood, from fast food to five star and shops from Cartier to Walgreens. For exercise you can swim in the ocean, stroll around the lagoon or go to one of several gyms nearby. The place can be either peaceful and relaxing or there is plenty of lively action in the casinos and clubs in the area..
Personally I like to stroll around the nearby Condado lagoon in the early morning for fresh air and exercise.
