Très bel appartement privé situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de l'avenue Ashford, un pâté de maisons de la plus belle plage urbaine de Porto Rico.
Maître avec un lit queen et la deuxième chambre un lit complet. Une salle de bain avec serviettes, shampoing, etc.
Situé à Washington St., San Juan, un quartier animé. À distance de marche du supermarché 24/7, hôpital, pharmacie une variété de restaurants locaux et branchés, hôtels, bars et très proche de l'aéroport et du vieux San Juan.

Profitez de marcher dans la région paisible et du soleil le matin, puis amusez-vous à visiter des restaurants, des pubs, etc. à Condado, Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Piñones.

Comfortable apartment great location

Our hosts Daniel and Jacqueline’s apartment was across the hall from ours. They were very helpful with suggestions and responded to our questions promptly. The apartment was clean and well furnished in all respects. We enjoyed the balcony. The apartment is well located in the walkable Condado neighborhood. We will return in the future.

Our favorite place in Condado

We have stayed in this apartment at least four times which is a good indication of how much we like the place. The host Daniel is a great, hospitable host and the neighbor is safe and you can find everything walking distance, from grocery store to good restaurants, beach and even a hospital. We just love it!

We stayed for a week at Conrad.The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need.The location is excellent -walking distance to food stores and restaurants Our host Daniel was very friendly and informative.

Truly Exceptional Host! 10 out of 10 stars!

This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I want to say from start to finish, Daniel was an AMAZING host! Great communication the entire way! He was in contact with me my entire travel day there and told me how to get hold of him if I had any delays.He made sure that I knew how to get to his place from the airport once I landed, met me once I got there, walked me through the whole condo complex, how to get around in my rental car, how to get around if I wanted to walk, made suggestions of where to eat depending on what type of food I liked, where to get groceries, where to get gas, how to get hold of him if any issues, etc.I told him that I had to go to the other side of the island the next couple days and he texted me suggested places to stop along the way. He didn't have to do most of this in my opinion, but it just shows that he cares about being a great host!I see why every others who stayed here rated their stay a 10/10. I would also rate my stay as a 10/10 and would DEFINITELY recommend anyone staying in the San Juan area to stay at Daniel's place. The next time I return to San Juan, I will be staying here if available for sure!Thank you for everything Daniel and Happy Holidays to you and your family!

Four Lovely Days

Daniel's apartment was perfect for our two couples to stay while exploring San Juan. Ten minutes from the airport. Short walks to great restaurants and groceries, and easy access to Old San Juan. Every evening we came home to a lovely, clean, and comfortable refuge. Access to parking made it easy. Daniel is a gem. So friendly and very responsive. Thank you Daniel!

The 2 bedrooms, living room are spacious, Well decorated and clean. Great location near restaurants, stores and main streets. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and accessible. We would stay there again.

Second time in this condo, and excellent as the first time. Excellent location and a very quiet and safe condo building. The hosts,Daniel and Jacquelin are excellent. Always available for any help you might need. Location is perfect to enjoy the tourist sections of San Juan and Condado. But at the same time in a very nice residential area of San Juan.

Very quiet and relaxing. Close to everything!!! Easy walk to the beach even to the grocery store. Daniel was a wonderful host very kind and helpful gave us great recommendations on places to go and places to eat. I would highly recommend ❤️

1st time in Puerto Rico

OMG!! Firstly, Daniel gave us a personal walk-through tour of the living space. He was very thorough in his instructions on how to utilize the facility. The security element was top notch and we felt very safe. Just in the walk-through I felt that it was by far the best VRBO property that I have utilized to date. Daniel and Jaqueline were so personable, friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!! I'm already considering next year.

Perfect place to stay in Condado

This was a perfect location, walking dustance from good restaurants and stores. It isclocated with easy access to the rest of the island. These were some of the best hosts who were very responsive, greeted us upon arrival and provided a lot of good information. The apartment was perfect for us, well provisioned, and very safe and secure.

Perfect apartment and perfect host

This apartment is one of the most welcoming and convenient we experiences over the years. It was even better than expected. The location is perfect and safe. Fabulous choice

The apartment was very well provisioned...and nicely decorated. It was in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and other. Daniel was extremely helpful and accessible. I highly recommend Daniel's place.
