Très bel appartement privé situé à seulement un pâté de maisons de l'avenue Ashford, un pâté de maisons de la plus belle plage urbaine de Porto Rico.
Maître avec un lit queen et la deuxième chambre un lit complet. Une salle de bain avec serviettes, shampoing, etc.
Situé à Washington St., San Juan, un quartier animé. À distance de marche du supermarché 24/7, hôpital, pharmacie une variété de restaurants locaux et branchés, hôtels, bars et très proche de l'aéroport et du vieux San Juan.

Profitez de marcher dans la région paisible et du soleil le matin, puis amusez-vous à visiter des restaurants, des pubs, etc. à Condado, Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Piñones.

My husband and I have been staying at this property every time we visit PR. We really like the location as it is walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, beach and all the amenities that the Condado, Ocean Park and Loíza street offers. The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet which also makes it a good place to work from. Daniel and Jacqueline are great hosts and just a text away when you need them. Highly recommended for your future visit to San Juan.

I am very satisfied and feel extremely comfortable—just like being at home. The rooms are very clean. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The home is located in a secure, gated apartment and is quiet. I will definitely return and hopefully be able to book this home again

The property manager was readily available and very courteous. The location is perfect and in a nice neighborhood very close to restaurants and a supermarket, el Condado, the beach and a short uber or lyft ride to points of interests including El Viejo San Juan.
