C'est un beau studio rénové, beau et lumineux au 22Úme étage. L'appartement dispose d'un balcon et de grandes baies vitrées avec une vue panoramique fascinante sur la ville et l'océan. L'appartement est décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et élégant qui préserve l'atmosphÚre tropicale. L'unité a un dressing et un lit queen. En outre, le bùtiment dispose d'une sécurité 24h / 24, d'une piscine privée et d'une salle de sport. Les installations de buanderie sont situées au 2Úme étage avec laveuses et sécheuses à piÚces. Un accÚs Internet est disponible dans l'appartement, le hall et la piscine. Parking souterrain sécurisé dans l'espace attribué uniquement pour les locataires. Un court de tennis à l'hÎtel Marriott, qui est juste en face de nous, facture un tarif horaire minimal. AccÚs gratuit à la plage; l'entrée est en face de nous. Beautiful views in the perfect location

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and had a great time. We loved the views from the unit and felt the location couldn’t be better! It was also very nice to have a parking spot for our rental. Beautiful location, clean unit, lots of great restaurants and fun night life near by. We loved our stay!

Great efficiency condo. All we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants and near Old San Juan. Property Manager was very helpful with instructions for checking in and suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

The first impression walking in was the spectacular views from this apartment! Our stay was very brief, but this is a beautiful place that felt very secure and was in a great location for walking access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Would definitely book again!

Out of all the years we have stayed at vacation homes, Jacqueline was by far our most gracious host. She genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. The building is quiet, the neighborhood is safe, walkable, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and is within a block of the nearest beach. Great rental!!!

Nice condo with a view

This condo was just as described and had great views. It was a good location we were minutes from the beach and a short Uber ride to old San Juan. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and she answered any questions we had. It was a perfect place for just my husband and I for the week in San Juan.

The apartment is conveniently located in Ashford Avenue, the fashionable Condado district of San Juan with a beautiful beachfront and vibrant nightlife. El Condado is one of the main tourist areas of San Juan and home to many fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops. There are Luxury Hotels and Casinos in the immediate vicinity that includes the 'Marriott & Casino', 'Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino' and “Radisson Ambassador Plaza Hotel & Casino'. All within walking distance from the apartment. Free access to the beach, a short block from the apartment.
