C'est un beau studio rénové, beau et lumineux au 22ème étage. L'appartement dispose d'un balcon et de grandes baies vitrées avec une vue panoramique fascinante sur la ville et l'océan. L'appartement est décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et élégant qui préserve l'atmosphère tropicale. L'unité a un dressing et un lit queen. En outre, le bâtiment dispose d'une sécurité 24h / 24, d'une piscine privée et d'une salle de sport. Les installations de buanderie sont situées au 2ème étage avec laveuses et sécheuses à pièces. Un accès Internet est disponible dans l'appartement, le hall et la piscine. Parking souterrain sécurisé dans l'espace attribué uniquement pour les locataires. Un court de tennis à l'hôtel Marriott, qui est juste en face de nous, facture un tarif horaire minimal. Accès gratuit à la plage; l'entrée est en face de nous. Beautiful views in the perfect location

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and had a great time. We loved the views from the unit and felt the location couldn’t be better! It was also very nice to have a parking spot for our rental. Beautiful location, clean unit, lots of great restaurants and fun night life near by. We loved our stay!

There was a beautiful ocean view out the window/patio doors on the far side of the apartment. Everything was just as described and all amenities were included. It was walking distance to SO many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Condado area.Note: Parking in the garage needs to be specifically arranged beforehand to ensure that the process is easy.

Great efficiency condo. All we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants and near Old San Juan. Property Manager was very helpful with instructions for checking in and suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

The first impression walking in was the spectacular views from this apartment! Our stay was very brief, but this is a beautiful place that felt very secure and was in a great location for walking access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Would definitely book again!

Out of all the years we have stayed at vacation homes, Jacqueline was by far our most gracious host. She genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. The building is quiet, the neighborhood is safe, walkable, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and is within a block of the nearest beach. Great rental!!!
