Guests will have full private access to the apartment during their stay, including the balcony.

The building has a secure entrance with keypad access. Once inside, guests can take the elevator or stairs to reach the unit.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the building’s shared amenities, including the pool overlooking the lagoon. The pool is available to building residents and guests.

The building also features a coin-operated laundry room, an on-site café, and a small convenience store.

For parking, there is a paid public parking lot located close to the building that guests may use. Pricing and availability may vary.(Located near the apartment building’s laundry facility)

1. Area & Location
• Please note that the area is lively and there will be noise due to nightlife.
• The street stays active into the late night and early morning hours and may not be the best fit for light sleepers.

2. Towels
• We provide 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels per guest for the duration of the stay.
• Hand towels and washcloths are also provided.

3. Recommendations
• We have a list of local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, stores, cafes, and some activities. These can be sent upon request.
