Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
We loved this property. The views were amazing. It feels like new. The staff is helpful and attentive. The pool, workout room, grilling area, and fire pits are all relatively new and were in great shape. The parking is easy and convenient. The starter kit is just that. Plan to bring or buy all the essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful family vacation spot! While it was very close to the strip, it was so nice to be in a quiet spot with great views. The pictures absolutely matched in person. This condo had plenty of room for 5 people (3 kids). We really took advantage of the free tickets, and the kids loved the pool. If you're staying for an extended time or plan on cooking, there are no spices, salt/pepper, or extras. We also did have a bear on the property, which kept us indoors for a bit, but management communicated with us when it was safe to move about again.

It’s great to know you enjoyed the peaceful setting, spacious condo, free tickets, and the pool for the kids. Thanks also for mentioning the bear encounter; we appreciate you working with us while we kept everyone informed and safe. Your note about cooking essentials is very helpful too — we encourage guests to bring any favorite spices or pantry staples for extended stays. We don't leave those in rooms for sanitary purposes. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love to welcome you all back again for another great trip!

Family Spring Break Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit 305 we stayed in was very up to date. In some cases it could have less fancy trimmings and needed more practical things. The condo needed more small trash cans in the bedrooms. I will not rent in this location again unless they do something with the televisions. They had smart tvs and no local channels. We are older people and could not even get the tv in the Master Bedroom to work at all. My son who is up to date on operating his smart tv could not get tv in living room to get but one channel and it would go off and on. I called the number given for problems and the person texted back wasn't anything he could do. When I contacted the lady in the office, she was very nice but said no local tv. I find this a major problem for the safety of the occupants. How are they get news of fire or weather problems in the area. I am also use to checking news and weather every morning so I know how to dress for the day. The covered parking area is very small and scary getting in and out of. The view was wonderful but the person sleeping in the living area on couch needed some way to cover window so not to be wakened by sunlight. The bathrooms also needed some more towel racks to place used towels. Again the lady in the office was extremely nice and did have broken handle on door to balcony fixed when it fell off in my sons hand.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate your detailed comments, as they help us improve the experience for all our guests. We’re glad to hear that you found the unit to be up to date, and we’ll certainly take your suggestion about the practical additions into consideration for future improvements. We understand your frustration with the TV situation, especially with the lack of local channels. We value your safety concerns and will work to explore better options for providing access to local news and weather updates for all guests, including more user-friendly TV setups. We’re also sorry to hear the issue with the TV in the master bedroom couldn’t be resolved during your stay. Thank you again for your kind words about the office staff. We’re happy to hear that they were able to assist you in getting the broken door handle fixed. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future, and we’re committed to making improvements based on your valuable insights.
