Welcome to Golfview Resort, a beautifully appointed property next to the Gatlinburg Golf course, located in Pigeon Forge right off Dollywood lane. The resort is just minutes from Dollywood theme parks and local Pigeon Forge attractions. The resort features a beautiful outdoor pool area with hot tub (open seasonally) & indoor heated pool for swimming and is open year round.

Our condominium offers the following for our guests :

• 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms - The master bedroom features a king bed and a large private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed and is next to the hallway full bathroom. Linens and towels provided.

• A spacious open concept living area, a dining area that seats 6, & front/rear patios for relaxing outdoors.

• A fully-stocked kitchen complete with dishes, pots/pans, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, & dishwasher. Features both Keurig & traditional coffee makers.

• TVs in each bedroom which feature basic cable with a Smart TV located in the living room with a DVD player

• A private washer and dryer in the condo for guest use.

Great Space and Location!

We had a great stay at Golf View. We have used this condo before and do plan on using it again. We love that it fits our family and has plenty of living and dining space. Everyone gets their own bathroom which is nice and its in a great location whether you are going to dollywood or the main strip you are right there in the middle of it.

From the moment we booked this condo I was excited to visit the area. Everything about this place looks amazing.The week before our stay I got all the info needed to check in. We arrived and it was even better than advertised. The entire condo was perfect! Enough beds for everyone! The bedrooms were so nice with a bathroom for each. The beds were so comfortable! I decor in all the rooms was very nice too! Even had dressers and closets that you can unpack all your clothes.The kitchen, table, and living room were all very cozy. We didn't cook anything but used the fridge and kitchen items. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice dishes! The kitchen table ended up being a catch-all for all our souvenirs but it was very pretty and well made! The living room furniture was very comfy and the blankets and fireplace were nice for the chilly nights!It was also nice to be able to sit outside in the front of the condo or the back of the condo. The views were amazing! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and also I hope to rent it again!The hosts were very nice and helped when the tv remote wouldn't work. They replied so fast! They were great!

Wonderful stay at Golfview courtesy of Jared and Molly’s beautiful condo. Spacious and accommodating for our group of 5, the condo matched the listing perfectly and was the perfect home base for everything Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/the Smoky’s can offer. Great location, clean and comfortable. Loved it!

Very glad i picked this condo for our vacation! It was clean and comfortable. In my opinion it was also in an amazing spot. Close to everything. The condo was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location

This is this first VRBO who had an accurate description of their unit. We were a group of 2 grandparents, 2 adults with 2 children under 10. The bedrooms were set up perfectly for us. The grandparents took the king bed with walk-in shower in the back for more quiet. The most important thing for me is how absolutely clean and well maintained it was. The location in Pigeon Forge was perfect. We spent most of our time there, only going to Gatlinburg one day. Our kids played golf one day while we took the grandkids to the indoor swimming pool. Elevator was a nice addition, along with the hotel size luggage cart for our stuff. I’m very picky, but cannot emphasize how wonderfully comfortable we all were in this nicely decorated unit. Don’t expect a golf course view, but I’ll take clean and comfortable over a view any time! The owners left plenty of supplies in the unit to get you started. We used the small washer/dryer to wash our pool towels and bathing suits (bring your own laundry detergent). ONLY suggestion is to add a small welcome rug or mat by front door. The gutters on the building spill over after a rain, and water pools by front door. Hard not to track in water and dirt from outside. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with our annual family vacation and would return here every time when in the area. My compliments to your cleaning crew. Thank you for sharing your “vacation home “ with our family.

Perfect for Baseball Tournament Stays

We just returned from a weeklong baseball tournament at The Ripken Experience. The condo would be perfect for any Pigeon Forge vacation but we were thrilled with how conveniently located it was to both the facilities used by The Ripken Experience. It was less than 3 miles from the main TRE complex and less than 5 miles from the other facility, Wear Farm Park. The condo was in great condition, with a nicely equipped kitchen that had a regular coffee maker and a Keurig and even a slow cooker. The bathrooms had an abundance of towels and even small hotel sized toiletries. The hosts were very responsive; they reached out to us about an internet outage before we were even aware of it and were very helpful. Overall, we LOVED this complex. The walk from the condo to the pool was up and down a very steep hill but there was always parking available near the pool if you needed to drive. All parking in the complex is first come, first served but we never had a problem finding a spot underneath our building. Five different families from our team stated at this complex, spread out between condo buildings and cabins and I didn't hear a single complaint from any of them. We all had a blast; my husband and I are definitely keeping this place in mind if we ever have the time for a couples get-away.

Great Property & Location

Exactly as described. Very spacious property. Everything was provided as listed. Only had to purchase extra toilet paper and trash bags. Kitchen items were well stocked. Everything looked clean. Only complaint is if you went barefoot your feet got black. Would definitely stay there again.

Dollywood Adventure

Great experience from start to finish. Condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Location is perfect for any tourist attractions in the area. Only thing missing would be a grill. Also, if you have a minivan careful on the exit, you will bottom out the vehicle.

We have owned rental property in Pigeon Forge since 2011. We recently sold two 5-star properties owned in Pigeon Forge to purchase the Golfview condo and another close by. We love to visit PF with our kids and take it easy. We think it is a great place for families and couples to relax, have fun and unwind. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we have!

We love the high ceilings and roominess of this property. Having a patio on ground level is especially nice. The Golfview Resort's location is so convenient to just about everything! An added bonus...the indoor pool, the gorgeous outdoor pool area, outdoor grill area and sauna!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We like having the Parkway, Veterans Blvd and Teaster so close at hand. It's great to have the store/restaurant right across the street when you want to grab dinner and stay in. The new Food City on Teaster is very convenient for food shopping too! We are located almost perfectly between Sevierville & Gatlinburg, as well.
