This beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home, is located on top of Webb Mountain, in the Cobbly Nob Resort, and is within walking distance to the "Lil' Bit of Heaven" pool. We have over 2,100 square feet of comfort and an excellent view of 3 mountain ranges!!! Cobbly Nob Resort is about 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and has spectacular views in family-friendly surroundings. The community has 3 Pools, a Tennis Court, and Bent Creek Golf Course is at the entrance to the resort.

The upper level boasts a great room area with one of two woodburning fireplaces, pool and shuffleboard tables, and a large flat screen with DirecTV.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals in the roomy six person dining area. We have two decks on this level and the back deck has a dining table with chairs facing a breathtaking view of the Great Smoky Mountains and North Carolina!

The lower level has three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and DirecTV. All three bedrooms have direct access to the hot tub located on this level's covered deck.
And don't forget to bring your swimsuit - It’s just a short walk, down the hill, to the resort's nearest pool and just a 5-minute drive to the newly built pool on Timber Ridge.

Bent Creek Golf Resort is located at the base of our Mountain and offers some great golf for a change of pace.

Some of our favorite hiking trails are just 10-15 minutes from the front door at the Greenbriar Entrance to the park. The mountain streams offer an excellent retreat to soak your tired feet after a nice hike!
Fishing is available as well with a permit.

While we are not on the property we are just a text or email away.

Great property. Very hospitable.

We had an awesome stay at this home. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Plenty to do in the area and plenty to keep us busy while at the property itself. They have a pool table, shuffleboard a hot tub. Awesome water pressure for the showers. Even left a few books for mom to read while the rest of the crew played the games.

Great stay in Gatlinburg with incredible views

We enjoyed our time at Happy Trails. The house was comfortable for us and our three teenage daughters, and offered the best views we’ve ever had in Gatlinburg! The golf course was beautiful and although it’s a bit of a drive into town and to most hiking trails, it was worth it. We ended up going to Greenbrier from there, which is close, and hiking a couple days there which we hadn’t done before. It was beautiful! The house could use a good deep-clean, but overall we were satisfied and comfortable.

Great Cabin and Amazing Communication

This house was beautiful with an amazing view. Beds were comfy, the towels were fluffy, and the host was awesome, welcoming, helpful, etc. Based on just our "normal experience" we would have left a 5 star review because we loved the cabin and the little touches. However, if I could rate more stars I would due to our once in a lifetime series of events! The area had extreme high wind alerts and fire warnings. We received a call from the owners advising us we might be evacuated - sure enough - within 5 minutes security and police were evacuating us due to a fire nearby. Owners immediately ensured we had a place to go to for the night and even welcomed/accomodated another family NOT staying in their cabin who were also displaced (Christian youth group was all evacuated from nearby lodging) that we knew. Communication was quick and they bent over backward making what was a scary experience one we can now talk about and laugh about for how it worked out so well, all due to them. Having a host with an amazing home and great views is one thing - having one that has your back if something out of their control goes wrong is beyond amazing!

All roads lead to Happy Trails!

I stayed in this home many years ago and the upgrades Stacia and Larry have made are wonderful. It has always been a great house but the views are now incredible, the new deck to enjoy that view was a favorite spot and the home had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable (which I remember and appreciate from our stay at Gypsy Road last year) the shuffleboard and pool tables were enjoyed by all and we were very comfortable here. Everyone in the family said they would definitely choose Happy Trails again.

Peaceful Oasis

Enjoyed the beautiful scenic views from multiple deck. Nice, relaxing house in the woods (lots of nature around including bears). Very friendly property owners and super slick instructions before arrival and during stay. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect

This cabin was absolutely perfect for a home away from home getaway snuggled up in the mountains. 10/10 for space, cleanliness, comfort, fun, and having everything that you need at your finger tips. The hot tub was really nice and relaxing, just an added bonus! We will definitely stay here again.

Property was very accommodating. We enjoyed all the amenities such as the pool table, shuffle board, hot tub, fire pit, and laundry. The mountain view topped off the experience.

Wonderful Views!

We had a fantastic time at Happy Trails and enjoyed everything about the property! The outdoor space was lovely and the decks included many chairs for reading and relaxing. We especially loved the hot tub and indoor shuffleboard table and pool table. Had one concern with the air conditioning fan but Stacia and Larry responded right away, even on a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay again!

Great Relaxing Stay !

Stayed at this wonderful home with great views for a wedding. Home was clean, spacious and updated. There was plenty of room. We enjoyed relaxing in the family room each night. The hot tub, pool table and other games were a plus. The hosts were nice, organized and check in was easy. The hosts checked in on us daily. 5 out of 5! Only draw back was the distance to Gatlinburg which was a longer drive then expected. I recommend driving in the day as the roads are hard to navigate. Would absolutely stay here again!

Happy Times at Happy Trails

LOVED this cabin! Absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views. Loved how secluded it felt, yet not too far from everything we wanted to do. Plenty to do at the cabin as well, pool table, shuffle board table, cards,books,board games. Just can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We definitely want to return and bring the rest of our family.

Family Vacation

This property was just as listed. Fully accommodated our family of 6. 3 king beds and lots of room to spread out. Stacia and Larry were very helpful and responsive to messages when needed. Location was close enough but far enough away from downtown to get that wilderness feel and peaceful relaxation needed.

Beautiful setting

The cabin was beautifully decorated and plenty of space. I thought it was strange at first that the bedrooms were on the lower level, but it made since with the gorgeous views from upper level with the kitchen,game room and 2 porches.

Awesome property

This house has a great setup for a mountain getaway. Close to all Gatlinburg has to offer but far enough away from crazy tourist traffic. The house is very well thought out and had everything we could possibly need to have a great stay! The owners were also very responsive and give you a ton of helpful info before you arrive. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hidden stay in the Smokies

This is a great place to stay with owners that really seem like they want you to have the best experience you can have. They have a great welcome guide that was handy to have before and during our stay. We definitely had bear encounters while there and it was very exciting!
