This is a 300 square meters seaside villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with kitchen. A/C available in the entire property. Outside you will enjoy a great large terrace with jacuzzi pool and amazing sea-views. A direct sea access is available.
To reach the sea you will have to climb about 150 steps. At the sea level you will find a concrete platform with steps to the water.

The TV is set up to have access to Netflix so you can stream movies or watch TV shows. This is a family friendly location.
Sauna and Turkish Bath are available at the property, one hour and 30 minutes included in the price.
A garage suitable for 1 cars is available and included.

Geographically Ravello location but walking distance to the town of Minori (5 minutes walk). You will find great coffee shops, lovely restaurants as well as the beach with the ferry dock.
Many other popular attractions are nearby.
With a short drive you will reach the towns of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano.

►► Living Room and Kitchen.
The living room is comfortable and has a relaxing vibe. Enjoy some music with the sound system.
Fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs, a cozy space for enjoying a good meal and/or cup coffee (or better yet, both!).
There are pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, bakeware, fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a kettle, dishwasher, and a pizza oven. This pizza oven can be used only by our professional pizza maker (when needed).
We provide salt, pepper, bottled water and even a coffee corner.

►► Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the same floor. Third bathroom with outdoor shower available on the large rooftop terrace.
All 3 bedrooms outfitted with super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort.
All 3 beds are king size. An extra baby bed is available too.
The two bathrooms offer a stand up shower. Each bathroom has an hair dryer and there is a first aid kit in one bath. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body-wash.
Third bathroom on the rooftop terrace will have a toilet and sink plus an outdoor shower. We also provide fresh towels, wash cloths, cotton balls, cotton swaps and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.

►► Laundry.
There is a washer and dryer you may use during your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board.

►► Outdoors.
There is a large rooftop terrace with amazing sea-views and a jacuzzi.
A grill is available and we provide grill tools.
On request a professional chef is available at any time.
There is a large table with chairs under a pergola and comfy sunbeds to enjoy some relaxing time.

►► Parking.
Parking for one car available and included in the price. For a Van 9 seats there is an extra charge to pay.

A Tourist City Tax have to be paid at the property: EUR 3 per night per person (in cash).
