Ideally located in the historic neighborhood of Whittier, our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1,6000 sq ft home is the perfect oasis. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids to play—a short drive or bike ride to attractions (Zoo, Downtown, and more). It is only two blocks from City Park and the City Park Golf Course. The bar/restaurant at the golf course is one of the best places to watch the sunset in the city, with West views overlooking the course, city skyline, and mountains.

The home boasts a stunning interior that blends vintage and modern aesthetics to make the place feel like home. The fenced backyard with grass, a covered patio, a picnic table, a grill, and sun lounging chairs make it the perfect outdoor sanctuary for you and your family during your stay. Please note the owner lives in the basement. He travels a lot during the week but you may see him coming and going. He has his own separate entrance through the backyard.

The laundry room is a shared space. There is a one-sided deadbolt for mutual privacy and security.

Please note the fireplace is not operational.

This is not a pet friendly home. Due to the owner's severe allergies, we kindly ask guests with service animals to consider alternative accommodations.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
