Wonderful experience all around! Location is fabulous and we so enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Feels as though you are staying in a friend’s home. Spacious, clean and easy. We would definitely return.

Super comfortable home with plenty of room to spread out and relax! Loved the area, and parking was easy and safe. There were so many “extras” that made this feel like a real home vs just a rental!

Loved this place! Definitely charming. The garden in the front was gorgeous. The back patio was lovely and private enough. The location was great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to be comfortable. The ACs worked well while we were there in August. The hosts were accessible and easy to work with.

Very nice unit. It was exactly as it was described. The location and neighborhood were amazing. There was an odor in the kitchen (older house, maybe?) that was prominent throughout our stay. Very comfortable beds and exquisite decor.

David notified us of the odor in the kitchen post check-out and did not mention it during his stay. The odor was never identified or reported to me by the guest preceding him by a day. I believe the odor was coming from a window ac unit that began to malfunction during David’s stay. We replaced that ac window unit immediately. I am confident that replacing that unit remedied the odor problem. I am glad David notified me so the problem could be resolved. Kent

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Its central location made it easy to access many of the popular “Things To Do” in the area, which was a huge plus for our stay. The space was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. I would definitely book this property again—highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was perfect accommodations for me and my husband. It was close to everything that we needed to do. There was plenty of places to relax eat, and shop in the area and the house were really nice and helpful. We definitely will add that to our list when we return to Denver to visit family in the future.

We rented this beautiful flat flat in order to attend an event at Mile high stadium. Its location couldn’t have been more perfect and the neighborhood house houses were amazing. Can the host was very thorough with his check-in directions and it went off without a hitch. He even contacted us the next day to make sure we didn’t need anything else. The flat itself was exquisitely decorated. The added touches such as beer and chocolate were very much appreciated. We took advantage of all the shopping in Cherry Creek and had some good meals there. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a charming flat in a great location

Excellent location for Unix of Denver activities, excursions to Boulder, RMNP, and around Denver. The property is well cared for and loved which shows both inside and outside with thoughtful appointments and comfortable sitting and bedding. You will enjoy the terrace for relaxing outside, the office area if doing some work. And the location which is within walking for exercise routes, biking path, restaurants, botanic gardens, etc! Hosts are helpful and responsive, but there is little you will need because they have proactively tried to ensure everything is in place when you arrive.

Our stay was fantastic...home away from home! During our stay summer decided to to make an appearance (90 in March)The owners were quick to get air conditioning in and were consistently accomodating! I would highly recommend the accommodations. PS...the private courtyard was so enjoyable ! Cheers to them!

Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants but it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful apartment with lots of amenities and little extras that make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This 2 bedroom apartment has a garage and outside sitting area, check in was easy, would highly recommend staying here!
