PRIME LOCATION: -Ten minute walk to the some of the highest rated restaurants/breweries on Larimer St and the heart of RiNo (arts district). Cart Driver is my fav! -Walk to Coors field 0.6 Miles -0.9 Miles to the Convention Center -0.6 miles to Curtis Park -5 Min drive to Downtown -1-2 miles to Union Station, Ball Arena and Broncos stadium (Empower Field at Mile High). - Next to major highways for easy access to the ski resorts, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Boulder
LAYOUT: 3 story, 4 level townhouse 3 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed), 3.5 bathrooms 1 bedroom has en-suite bathroom 2 bedrooms have a dedicated workplace (desk and chair) and there is a 3rd workspace in the hallway with a desk and chair.
All bedrooms are separate from living spaces and equipped with: - Smart TVs - Alexa Dots - Chargers & adapters.
* LOWER LEVEL: -Bedroom 1 - Spacious guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, a full bath with a tub/shower in the hallway, and a wall of glass that leads to a lovely private backyard. The backyard features a table and seating, providing a perfect space to relax and unwind or play a game! -2 car private garage. - Access to private backyard
*MAIN LEVEL: - A fully equipped European style kitchen, with custom Berloni cabinets, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. -A dining room that can accommodate large groups/families (seats 14). -The living room features a see-through fireplace and comfortable seating area with a TV. -A small deck/balcony and a powder room complete this level. -We allow smoking/vaping of marijuana on this level inside with the air purifiers on. No tobacco smoking inside; outside is OK.
*UPPER LEVEL: -Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed & TV. 5-piece en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Includes dedicated workspace (desk and chair). -Guest bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a full-length mirror and a dedicated workspace (desk/chair). -A hall bath with a bath/shower combo and a washer/dryer closet with an iron and ironing board are also available on this level. -Dedicated workspace in hallway (desk/chair) -A balcony
*ROOFTOP DECK: -The rooftop deck is the epitome of luxury with a private hot tub, a wet bar, a gas grill, a dining area, and a lounge area with ample seating. -A large, cantilevered umbrella and a fire pit complete this outdoor oasis that offers stunning views of the city.
GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the whole space including the 2 car private garage.
Guests will NOT have access to the studio apartment in the basement and a locked owners’ closet.

Neighborhood: Curtis Park is known for its inclusivity. The home is located across the street from a day shelter where people can access services such as receiving mail and help finding employment. You will see unhoused people, but it shouldn’t impact your stay.

Amazing location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The space itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Spacious, even for a group of five adults. The rooftop hot tub and propane firepit are incredible. Relaxing among the towering buildings while grilling is quite the experience. On top of such a nice place, the hosts are extremely accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We tried many of their suggestions and enjoyed some local treasures. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a luxury experience right in the middle of the action in Downtown Denver.

Lovely Property in the RiNo area
Rented for a week for a vacation with friends from out of town. Owners were extremely nice and checked in several times to make sure everything went well. The property is very nice and extremely well maintained. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stay in Denver.

Great place for large group
Picked this place to host a bachelor party and it didn't disappoint. Huge place with plenty of sleeping options and amenities. Great location within walking distance of great food and drink. Highly recommend!

Roof Top Deck was Awesome
My family and I stayed 3 nights over the weekend for the Denver vs Steelers game. The roof top deck was awesome, and we enjoyed being only blocks from Coors Field (10 min walk). Taking an Uber to all the destinations was also very affordable. I highly recommend staying here.

Best bachelorette
6 girlfriends and I celebrated our friend’s bachelorette while staying at this air b n b. It had plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. There is tons of shops, bars and restaurants within a 1-2mi walking distance, but we chose to Uber and that was always very fast and easy.

Incredible Townhouse in RiNo
This rental exceeded all expectations. The townhouse is modern, clean and exceptionally outfitted with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is set up will everything needed to entertain as is the hot tub area. Plenty of towels, linens and even the little things like USB charging units in all bedrooms. Definitely a do over when visiting Denver again. Many thanks to our gracious hosts!

Girls Weekend
A few of us adult ladies planned to get away for Presidents’ Day weekend. We could not have chosen a better place. Rachael and Bobby were on top of every question we had and have a beautiful property. There is a homeless day shelter across the street but we did not feel unsafe, and had no interactions with them at all. The garage is fantastic to park two cars in, the upper deck and hot tub was amazing and we had a fantastic weekend. I would definitely recommend.

Great house and great communication
My co-workers and I needed a place to stay and work on some UX projects and this house delivered. Beautiful space with a huge table that could seat up to 15 people. Awesome rooftop patio for taking in sunny skies and downtown.
Location is walking distance to fantastic restaurants and everything else you need (Uchi is just a 7 minute walk). While there is a pretty large homeless population up and down the street, we never felt unsafe and the street was quiet after dark.
Hosts stayed in contact every day to make sure we had everything we needed in this well-stocked home.

Great house - unfortunate neighborhood
The house itself is beautiful, fully stocked, and very comfortable, making it a great space for relaxing. However, the neighborhood did not feel safe during our stay. There were a significant number of homeless individuals on the streets, and we were disturbed by people loudly screaming in the middle of the night, around 3am, on multiple occasions. On top of that, we were catcalled several times, which made us feel even more unsafe. One morning as we were leaving, we saw four police cars outside, arresting someone. As we were on a girls' trip, we didn’t feel comfortable walking around the area, and I would not recommend this location for families with children. While the property was great, the surrounding environment took away from the overall experience.

We really had a fantastic stay and loved this house. Rachel and Bobby were excellent hosts. They pay a lot of attention to detail in the house. Everything is accounted for. They were very communicative and clear. They even left us a 12 pack of beer in the fridge as a welcome gift. The hot tub was very clean and fresh. The whole house was clean and ready to go.
