We loved our stay! This was the perfect jumping off point for various adventures in the Crested Butte area. We found the place to be very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook some meals there. The views are, as other reviews suggest, stunning. Neighbors are all very friendly. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

While the views are pretty around this location, there are several things that could be improved with this property and management. For one, it is costly for the off-season. Considering how much we paid, it would be nice to have better dishes that weren’t plastic, better quality bath towels, and a replaced waffle maker. Part of the advertisement is waffles with a view, but the waffle maker itself didn’t look very clean. The overall structure does not have the best sound proofing as you can easily hear people moving around, below, and next door. Additionally, extra fees should be disclosed on the main page prior to booking. I was surprised to find out the management company wanted to charge me a considerable amount for bringing two pets when two pets are allowed. This took an unreasonable amount of time to clear up as I inquired about it on a Monday and didn’t get the final response until Friday.

We really enjoyed staying in this new townhome. Fresh and clean practically still had the wrapper on it. Very comfortable beds great garage access. Easy in every way. We loved it.

Great house with beautiful views

We loved our stay at the Waffle Bar house and are looking forward to staying here again. The beds were very fantastic, the kitchen was easy to cook in and the house was very comfortable overall. The location is beautiful and the views are incredible. The owner communicated clearly and was very responsive to our messages.

Great spot

Great spot for our family and dogs. Easy check in/out. The location is great, beautiful views, new neighborhood. All the neighbors we met were very friendly. Quiet and comfortable! Nice park within walking distance for the kids! The house is well equipped and a great home base while exploring CB!

First week of October

This place was amazing!! It had everything we needed to stay comfortably, cook great meals, and have quality family time. It’s also close enough to town to shop around in Crested Butte. So many unforgettable memories were created here, and we can’t be more grateful.

New property with amazing views

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome with stunning views of Whetstone Mountain. It was easy to get to and only about 10 minutes from the ski area. The double car heated garage was a huge bonus. The property manager was very responsive to our requests. Highly recommend and will plan to stay again in the future.

Snow much fun

Perfect size and layout for our family of 5 and pup. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy 10 minute drive (or less) to mountain to ski. Loved the quiet neighborhood. We'll go back!

Great House & Location

We enjoyed our stayed at this house. The set up was perfect for our family of 4. The house was extremely clean and the neighbors were very friendly. The kitchen was stocked allowing us to cook dinner in the evenings.The property manager reached out several times to check on us, which was very thoughtful.We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in being close to Crested Butte (downtown shops) and the ski mountain. All within an easy drive.

We loved our stay. We stayed with our 3 kids and dog. Location is wonderful- it’s a quiet neighborhood where the kids could bike and go to the playground alone, and I could walk the dog peacefully taking in the amazing views. Check in and out were a breeze. A few adds to the kitchen would be great - salad bowl, some more silverware, and maybe some larger Tupperware, but the basics were there. Bedrooms need a dresser or some place to put clothing, that would be the only other need, as the kids lived off the floor- which wasn’t ideal for a longer stay. All these aside we would definitely stay again.

Great place with wonderful neighbors

This place is very nice with great views anf neighbors. We got our car stuck in the snow, they forgot to plow the driveway, but Jerry from next door came to our rescue. He got the neighbors together and pulled us out. Then he shoveled our driveway while we were unpacking. Great hosts as well, excellent communication. Just a wonderful time!

Crested Butte vacation

It is a lovely property. We had difficulty opening one of the garage doors. And it would be nice to have slow closure or a door stop for the doors entering the garage and side entry. They are heavy and caught my husbands heel. Ouch! The kitchen is well equipped and the house was clean. The property mgr was quick to respond to all our questions. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome home and location… some property management issues

Location is outstanding and the construction and comfort will ensure we look for this property again in the future. Just a few miles out of town, close to hiking trails with plenty of room for our family. The property manager was quick to respond but did not follow through with results. We rented the property for 7 and there were 4 large dinner plates. The manager promised to have them delivered by 8:45 pm… which did not happen. Also who wants to wait to eat dinner until 9 pm? The garage was full of dried mud from the previous renter and there were a significant number of dog turds in the front yard. The manager expected me to track down cleaning supplies and send pictures of the dog poo… I declined on both. Love this property but the manager has some work to do. Hope this information makes it to the property owner.

We had a great time staying here! Was close enough to town for convenience, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. It was only a 7 minute drive to get to Elk Ave. Very quiet area! The house was great, clean, had everything we needed, and the cross breeze with windows open was amazing! Jill was very responsive from pre-trip to during our stay. The views from the deck were perfect and the amount of stars you can see on a clear night was amazing. It was easy to get around to wherever we needed- from down town to trails to Gothic, it was wonderful. There is even a small playground just a few minute walk from the home for the kiddos! Also the wildflowers in the neighborhood were popping!

This is our second time staying here. Very short drive to downtown Crested Butte (4 minutes). Gorgeous views! Comfy. Fresh and new Townhome! Great Kitchen. Really wonderful modern place. Need credenzas and drawers. There’s no drawers in the bedrooms upstairs. That’s literally the only drawback. Otherwise perfection. Thank you for having us again. LOVE IT!
