Welcome to the new build on Coal Creek, steps away from Elk Avenue! This home is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom that sleeps six. Perfect for two families or friends coming to the mountains to play, relax, and adventure!
214 Maroon is the perfect base camp while you are in Crested Butte. You are steps away from dining, shopping, shows, bars, endless recreational opportunities, and events just outside your doorstep. The highlight of this property is being located directly next to Coal Creek, creating a tranquil setting.
The three bedrooms are all super cozy and have plenty of space for your clothing. They all have queen beds, sleeping a total of six guests. The kitchen area is perfect for gathering and cooking meals together with the brand-new appliances. There is a dining room table that sits four, in addition to two bar stools. The living room has a smart TV to cozy up in the evenings to watch your favorite movies and shows.
There are two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer!
In the summer, enjoy the peaceful setting of the yard while listening to the sounds of the creek and the energy of our vibrant mountain town. This home does not have A/C.
Book through Peak Property Management and Sales and receive special discounts for ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports and Black Tie Ski Rentals!
