Its discouraging to read this review. I spoke with Laura about the cleanliness of the property as she said she saw pet hair in several places Keep in mind this is a pet friendly property... the guest is allergic, she told me, to dogs and cats. I did tell her that while I feel we have the best cleaners in the business I would never tell someone that is allergic to animals to rent a pet friendly property. Having grown up with a friend that basically turned into an itchy, eye watering, nose running, sneezing mess, I get how brutal pet allergies can be. I personally went up to the house to change out bedding and re-vacuum the whole property because as the owner of our company I needed to be the eyes and the fix so that I could guide my cleaners and crew a bit better. I in honesty expected a mass amount of pet hair stuck to the carpet and bedding. What I found was nothing... I vacuumed the entire property, changed bedding with not a spec of pet hair on it b/c I felt like that might make her feel better. I even checked my socks at the end of it b/c those are going to be like a magnet and...nothing. Not a single hair. It was incredibly strange and in a pet friendly property its easy to err in regard to having the random hair in different places but I could not fault any cleaning, all I could fault was the guest who is very allergic and chose a property that no matter how clean we made it she would likely still react to pets having been on the property.
