Our cancellation structure is as follows: Non-Refundable Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This covers administrative processing time, merchant transaction costs, and non-recoverable platform fees. Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee. Great Stay!
In town for the High School basketball tournament with friends and this property worked out great for our two night stay. Close enough to the arena, close to places to eat and nice home. All in all very nice.

Great again!
This is the second time we have stayed in the house for our annual family holiday. The house has everything we needed plus lots more. Very comfortable and convenient to our family gatherings. Will stay again!

The property was in a nice location and the house is small and quaint. It was comfortable and met the needs of our three guests. It definitely does have a unique perfumy scent and every once in a while you get the whiff of some previous pet. The backyard was also pleasant, but we could've done without the neighbors dogs barking at us non-stop.

Great Location - Comfortable Stay
The house was as listed. It was comfortable and met our needs while we were in town. Location was great - very quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants, etc in very close proximity. The only negative was the overly powerful smell of stale animal urine. It was throughout the entire house and permeated every inch of the house.

Thank you Jerri for your review. We welcome all feedback. The carpets were cleaned immediately prior to your arrival and they did use a deodorizer on them and we ran the Ozone machine. We believe that is what you smelled since the odor is now gone.

Upstairs bathroom was nonfunctional due to dripping from the shower into the kitchen had to remove the potholder hanging over the island due to water coming through and soaking food that was on the island also from day, one which was Friday afternoon at 3 o’clock until Sunday there was no power in the facility due to Hurricane Helene, we were hoping to get a generator, but that was not provided. VRBO did provide a hotel for Sunday night to Monday.
