Enjoy beautiful West Kettering location in this completly remodeled home. The bright and airy living room will not disappoint. Chef's kitchen with quartz countertops, new cabinetry and all new appliances. The large primary bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, quality bedding, large dresser and double closet. The 2nd bedroom boasts a queen size bed, fully appointed, full dresser and single closet. The 3rd bedroom is a bright study with a sofa bed and closet for storage. The bathroom is completely remodeled and comes fully stocked. The private yard has a new patio with table and chairs, umbrella and Weber grill. Full size washer and dryer are available for you in the basement. This location is superb, close to Main campus of Miami Valley Hospital, Kettering Hospital, University of Dayton, the Fraze Pavilion is within walking distance and down town is only 4 miles away. 1 car attached garage totally refreshed. Nicely remodeled with everything you need!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We used this as our home base while visiting with family. My two grandsons were even able to walk here from their school, which was an extra special time for us. Beds were very comfortable and we didn’t feel that anything was lacking. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor area but we were just too busy. Would definitely book again. Very nice neighborhood.

Home away from Home

Perfect in Every Way

This was probably our best property we have stayed! It was exactly what we needed for the 9 nights we stayed. Very clean, comfortable beds, really well stocked with super great amenities. Kelli was a great host and had super communication. The neighborhood was wonderful and we felt very safe. The location was just perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

Home Away From Home

Just a fabulous property and terrific hosts. Attention to detail had every amenity one might need. As other reviews have stated the property was immaculate, comfortable, and central to everything we needed in Dayton. Definitely one of the finest, if not the finest property I have used on VRBO. Simply put, stay here.

So convenient and comfy

My parents and I needed a place to stay near Oakwood/Dayton for a family wedding, but all the hotels were booked for a UD alumni event. We luckily found this amazing home in Kettering and it was beyond perfect. I expect we'll return here on future visits. The owners were so friendly and inviting. They've obviously made efforts to modernize the home for guests. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us, but could easily accommodate 6 thanks to the office/3rd bedroom. There were plenty of amenities - honestly the first rental house in ages that actually had enough toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for the length of our visit. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of closet and dresser space. And so conveniently located to all our activities across the week. Highly recommend.

Comfortable with modern amenities

The house was perfect for our visit to the area to see family and relax. The home is clean and updated with everything you would need to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the property and yard are well maintained and we enjoyed having a patio and grill. The host, Kelli, was responsive and friendly. It was a great spot and we would love to return.

amazing space with an even more amazing host

This is a great space for friends or families to stay. Plenty of areas to spread out and a great common space to be together! It was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to stay the night before my wedding and get ready in the next day! Our host, Kelli, even left a sweet note and some treats for us since she knew it was my wedding day. So thoughtful!

Lovely lovely stay for UD graduation

For four years we’ve stayed in South Park to be close to campus and short Uber back from the obligatory Tim’s night with our student, but I can’t say enough fabulous things about our stay here in Kettering. Our hosts were amazing - easy communication and help with date changes, checkin. The home was spotless and had all we needed for our five day stay. The neighborhood is full of precious families and kids. It was great having a driveway for our uhaul trailer and a well appointed kitchen for all the cooking I thought I had to do (the neighbors graciously invited us to their block party and helped with the multiple trays of leftover chicken salad sandwiches I made). A very easy drive to “the UD neighborhood”. Very close to Oak Room which was a great alternate to the Pine Club (and they took reservations). Nearby liquor and grocery stores. Great neighborhood for running (if you are into that). A sofabed in the study could have accommodated an extra rogue family member or two if we needed it last minute but we did not. Showerhead was amazing as we tried to steam off two semesters of funk from our weary bodies each night. Both beds so comfortable. And our host and hostess - the best. This makes an easy longer stay, if you need it. Highly recommend - would say we’d be back for sure, but we are done at UD. You, however, should stay here!
