Itâs a great unique space with lots of room. Hosts were great! Fenced in area for my dog was very appreciated! Friendly neighborhood for walks with the dog. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
This property is exactly as advertised. Extremely spacious! Comfortable beds, and fully stocked with whatever you might need for your stay. An unusual and cool space to spend time in.
We stayed at this property for a wedding nearby. It was such a unique setting and love the openness of the living area. A very nice stay and we would stay again.
We enjoyed or stay in Dayton. The unique building made for a comfortable stay. Very interesting that it used to be a meat market! We had everything we needed for a weekend visit to the AFM.
Everything was just perfect. Easy check in, location to UD, every type of amenity that you could ask for. Just perfect, just like the photos too. Thank you!
The place was amazing! Clean, convenient to our location of the reception and Meg our families needs. Itâs an amazing place with history and beauty. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the back patio as the weather was great. We hosted more family on Friday for dinner and everyone was amazed at the architecture and the beauty of the place. We will definitely book here again next time we are up for family. Our host was receptive and always answered promptly. I would recommend anyone to stay here!
This place is amazingly fun and different!! We had a great time staying here. My kids loved it because it was so unique. Lots of space and beautiful! Very easy to communicate with owners and any problems we had. Highly recommend!
Host is terrific with communications.
A few minor issues with the house - no bathmats, window blind in bedroom with a desk is broken, couldn't get dishwasher to start at checkout, and two ice trays isn't enough for several adults. Shower stall in first floor bathroom is tiny. Living room couch is tired.
Our stay was great. The house has so much space and the convenience of the small market across the street was very helpful. Host was very easy to communicate with throughout the reservation/stay. Highly recommend!
What a wonderful spot! We were in town for a baton competition at the Nutter Center. The loft was perfect for us. A quiet, well appointed haven to return to after a day full of competition. The hosts are readily available for any questions, and the property is well situated close to Wright Pat, the Nutter Center, and downtown. It was just the three of us and we enjoyed the expanse of the property and quiet it offered. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were super comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely look it up again when nationals returns to Fairborn.
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property, it definitely enhanced the âDayton experienceâ. Clearly a lot of love and sweat equity went into making this 100-year-old converted butcher shop a gem. House was meticulously maintained and well-furnished. Close to Beavercreek for shopping, movies, and dining, as well as to WPAFB Museum. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to groups visiting the Dayton area.
I first found this property in 2020, but had to cancel plans due to that year's events ... So, I was able to finally stay at this unique location this year, and found it as expected--a unique location with it's own history, in a spacious and modernized environment. Great stay in that location for my friends and me, and we have already talked about returning next year!
We really thought the property was well defined in the advertisement. We wished there was more information toward the history of the property however in general we were very happy with our stay.
