Down the hall, you’ll find the guest bathroom conveniently located on the left. To the right, Bedroom #3 offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, a spacious closet, and a dresser—perfect for families or groups. A bit further is Bedroom #2, featuring a comfortable queen bed, two dressers, a full-length mirror, and a large closet. At the end of the hall, the master suite provides a serene retreat with a luxurious king bed, a dedicated work desk, dresser, expansive walk-in closet with full-length mirror, 42” smart TV (ready for your subscriptions), and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Additional conveniences include a coat closet in the living room, a pantry just off the kitchen, and a dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. For families, a queen air mattress, pack ’n play, and baby booster seat are available.

There is one security camera outside on the garage door lock system to allow us to help guests if they have any questions accessing the garage door opener. It is the only camera on the property and there are none in the house.

Other things to note:
Downtown Dayton is less than 15 minutes up I-75. Many of Dayton's finest attractions including the United States Air Force Museum, Scene 75, Dayton Aviation Heritage Park, University of Dayton, and a host of wonderful metro parks including Cox Arboretum are all within a twenty minute drive.
Just beyond you can easily visit Kings Island amusement park, Historic Yellow Springs Ohio, Young's Jersey Dairy, and John Bryan State Park within a 35 minute drive.
If you want to visit the best of Cincinnati, hop on I-75 and head south to downtown to visit the awesome river front, Bengals football stadium, Cincinnati Reds Baseball stadium, and zoo all within an easy 50 minute drive.
