Enjoy near perfect winter weather at this spacious, recently remodeled and upgraded 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom condo just steps to two pools, spas, tennis courts and the walking trails around the 120 Acre Prescot Preserve (formerly the Mesquite cc golf course). So much to do and enjoy in Palm Springs and the surrounding Coachella Valley communities.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We chose our Mesquite condo as a central and easily accessible desert home that is close to all that the desert has to offer.
Although we miss the golf course, the new Prescott reserve will delight many as it shapes up to be a great open space for walking, biking and hiking to see the natural beauty that the desert has to offer.
Our Mesquite condo in the gated Phase 4 of Mesquite Country Club Condos is in a great location to downtown Palm Springs and easy access to highway 111 and all the desert communities. Great biking and hiking trails that are so close offer loads of outdoor activity and fun!
