Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the location and would consider staying again! We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the primary shower. That’s not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ve since addressed it with our team to ensure it’s fully resolved. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and would love to host you again for an even better stay.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, Ana. We’re glad to hear that you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beauty and comfort of the property, including the inviting backyard. Your observations regarding the water pressure in the shower and the pool maintenance are important, and we will address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests. We appreciate your insights and hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay!

Thank you for your feedback. We truly regret that your stay did not meet expectations and understand how frustrating these circumstances must have felt, especially during what should have been a relaxing vacation. We appreciate your kind comments about the home itself and are sorry the service experience overshadowed your stay. While the neighborhood power outage was outside of our control and impacted multiple homes in the area, we recognize the inconvenience this caused — particularly with the Wi-Fi interruption and temporary impact to the pool heating system. As soon as we were notified of the scheduled utility outage that morning, our team immediately communicated the information to impacted guests so they could plan accordingly. We also apologize that the linen concerns reported at check-in were not resolved during your stay. We understand how disappointing that experience was and recognize that this fell short of the standards we strive to provide. We never want any guest to feel unheard, and we are sorry you left feeling unsupported. Your feedback has been shared internally with our leadership team as we continue working to improve communication, escalation handling, and the overall guest experience. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us.
