Sun-bask by day and elegantly lit by night, the private fenced yard and custom-made fire pit creates the perfect ambiance for unforgettable moments.

The kitchen has white sparkling quartz countertops, custom-made cabinetry, all stainless Boch appliances: French door refrigerator with inside water dispenser, built-in induction cooktop, stove, microwave and dishwasher. It includes a Ninja dual brew coffee machine, Cuisinart toaster, Emeril Lagasse 12-quart air fryer, Magic Bullet blender and food processor and a Sunbeam hand mixer.
