*. Snorkler and divers paradise. Pompano Beach is the the Wreck Capital for snorklers and divers with 19 wrecks just outside this inlet. Our backyard is literally the new Wahoo Park, an immersive educational marine park.

* Fisherman's dream - you can fish right off our docks or take a 1 minute walk to the Hillsboro Inlet Marina and book a dive trip, sportfishing trip or drift fishing trip - bring your catch home, cook and enjoy

* If getting in the salt water isn't your thing but you love people and boat watching - you can sit by our heated pool and watch the flow of boat traffic. This unit sits on the inlet connecting the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway - always something to look at.

The condominium offers a laundry room with four washers and four dryers - operated by an app on your phone - super easy! We also have an outdoor BBQ grill and shuffleboard.

Free On-Demand Shuttle Service offered by the city of Pompano Beach.

Never has getting around in Pompano Beach been easier or more fun! Leave your car at home and jump on the electric shuttle service by Circuit. When you are ready to be picked up, simply use the on-demand “Ride Circuit” App to request a pick-up, wave down the closest fleet driver or head to a shuttle stop within the service area.

Public tennis and golf are just a few short miles away.

Our cozy unit has a full kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Fully stocked dishware.

Living room has two rocking recliners, couch that pulls out to a queen sized bed and large screen wifi television.

Bedroom has king size bed, all linens and a smaller wifi tv.

This is a no smoking condo. Not pets permitted. No glass permitted by the pool. Check in is anytime after 4 and check out is 11 a.m.
