Welcome to your dream vacation getaway! This stunning home offers a fun and quiet retreat just a 9 minute walk from the sun-kissed Lauderdale beach. Amenities include a private heated pool, Intracoastal waterfront outdoor dining, BBQ, a quaint courtyard and the coolest Game Room in the area! Whether you're seeking a serene holiday escape by the ocean with your family or a fun-filled vacation with your friends, this property is the ideal home base for exploring all South Florida has to offer.
The layout of this mid-century home was designed to provide privacy for different members of your large group or family while letting everyone access the fun, shared areas. In the inside this property is divided into 2 private units: a âfront unitâ facing the street and a âback unitâ facing an inlet of the Intracoastal. Both units together offer a combined total of 7 beds for a maximum of 12 guests. The 2 units use only 1 door in the main entrance to enter from the street. No one but you and the members of your group/family will have access to the property. The units are connected on the outside by a courtyard that provides access to the pool area, the outdoor dining area, the game room, a cabana bathroom, the laundry room and the waterfront patio.

PARKING: The off-street parking area in front of the house fits a maximum of 6 cars. On-street parking is absolutely not allowed by the City and will prompt an immediate visit by the Police and a fine that will be deducted from your security deposit.

The entrance to the property is exclusively through the front door. For your convenience, guests staying in the back unit can use the gate on the side of the house to go in and out using a code, without having to go through the front unit.
Property managers Juan and Bob live just 2 miles away and are available in case of an emergency, just send us a message through here and weâll get right back to you as soon as we can.
Dolphin Isles is a very quiet waterfront residential neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale built in the 50âs. Our street (32nd Ave) is very quiet. Weâre 2 blocks away from A1A or Ocean Blvd, which has higher traffic, so while weâre close to everything, weâre far enough that thereâs absolutely NO traffic noise in the house. More importantly, weâre only a 7-minute walk away to Lauderdale Beach (and yes, weâve timed it!). Or if you prefer, just drive for 3 minutes and park in the public paid parking lot right by the beach at the end of 27th. Youâll even find free Adirondack chairs there!
A new Publix (Floridaâs most popular grocery store chain) is being built just 0.3 miles away right next to a 7-11 convenience store, just a 7-minute walk away from the house. There are many restaurants in the area from waterfront high dining to casual, weâve compiled a list of our recommendations in the House Manual that youâll find when you check-in.
The closest pharmacy (Walgreens) and the closest gas station (Speedway) are just a short 4-minute drive away.
A wonderful and fun way to see our area from the Intracoastal is to use the Water Taxi. The closest stop, Station #9 at Shooters Waterfront Restaurant, is just an 8-minute walk away.
The Ft. Lauderdale - Hollywood Airport (FLL) is 9 miles away, a 20/30-minute drive.
The cruise port (Port Everglades) 6 miles away, about a 20-minute drive.
Miami International Airport (MIA) is 35 miles away, about an hour drive (heavy traffic route depending on the time of the day or night, so give yourself enough time).
The very quaint town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is just 2 miles or an 8-minute drive away, and boasts oceanfront casual dining, fun coastal shopping and a diverse array of casual eateries. A must-see during Christmas!
Las Olas, the liveliest district in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, features popular restaurants, bars and art galleries, and is about 5 miles away, aprox. a 15-minute drive from the house.
The island city of Wilton Manors, one of the countryâs most popular LGBTQ destinations, is just 3 miles away, about a 10/15-minute drive, and offers great dining and entertainment options as well as some of the areas largest festivals.
Chase Stadium, the home of MLS team Inter Miami F.C. (Messiâs team) is 5.6 miles away, about a 16-minute drive.
If youâre looking for oceanfront drinks and fun just head South on A1A and you will find many hotels, restaurants and bars to enjoy that view.
Both Uber and Lyft are pretty popular in our area. Please donât drink and drive, ride-sharing is very cheap because of the short distances.
PET POLICY: Please check with us first before bringing your pets. We allow up to 2 dogs of no more than 20lbs each. Must be potty-trained. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for the whole stay, added to your reservation cost after when you book or afterwards if you didnât choose the pet option.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The booking guest and everyone in their group need to be over 21 years old (this doesnât apply to families with kids). For young adult groups booking during holidays, Spring Break or Summer, we reserve the right to decline if we believe you will throw a party or have more than the maximum number of guests in the house. Weâve implemented several controls to avoid parties and large gatherings in the property, and the Police are quite aware of the number of people that can legally sleep in this property.
POOL HEATING: The target temperature for the pool will be set at 88F during the cooler months. Please be aware water temperature may be affected by outside conditions (cold temperatures, rain, etc.). We are not able to make adjustments to the temperature mid-stay. The pool pump and the heater are set up to run during daylight and stop at sunset, this cannot be changed.
CANCELATION: If you cancel your booking and we have to give you a refund per the cancelation policy, we will refund our portion (not the commission / service fee VRBO charged you) MINUS the transaction costs we were charged by the credit card processor for the initial charge (aprox. 5%).
