Experience lakeside living in the heart of Deep Creek Resort when you book this Hartwood Village townhome! Nestled amid beautiful landscaping and tranquil waterfront surroundings, the community offers fantastic amenities, including a lakefront lawn, picnic area, playground, community lake access, and a dedicated dock slip (available Memorial Day through Labor Day).

The home features a convenient ground-floor entry from the front porch, leading into a welcoming landing area. Inside, the living room offers contemporary furnishings and a smart TV, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The light-filled interior showcases stunning views of the lake and nearby ski slopes. Upstairs, the recreation room provides additional space for fun with another TV, board and video games, and comfortable seating for sharing stories and making memories. Outside, a lakeside patio and balcony invite you to savor peaceful outdoor living.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent property

The home is well maintained and located in a rural setting, but close enough to the neighboring towns to enjoy all the activities of Autumn Glory festival. Anyone traveling in this area would love this home. Beautiful wrap around porch and all the comforts of home away from home.

Overall a clean house. In a great and location and right on the water with things to do nearby. Only issue was a non working microwave that I messaged about as soon as I walked in and five days later when I checked out still had not come to a resolution besides “we’ll tell the local team.” Disappointing to have to do more shopping and not even get a potential solutions after a five day stay.

Great Getaway!

While this property is ready for some updates, there's no denying it was the perfect set-up for our group. The location, being on the water, the cleanliness of the house, were all great. We were close to a bunch of activities, but mainly our family just enjoyed hanging out at the house, fishing on the dock and playing in the water! We would stay here again!

The unit was well stocked in both bathrooms and the kitchen, and the washer and dryer were very appreciated after wet and cold kayaking adventures! The property could definitely use some updates, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay!

A week away from home with family

I really liked where the house was located it was in the center of everything. You could walk across the street to the arcade and there was some shops there as well. The house is right on the water and you can fish right there or if you have a boat or jet ski you could use the dock for it. The weather was great and the area was nice and quite. I would definitely rent it again.

It’s a good location, but that’s about it

The only thing we loved about this stay was the location — it’s right in the middle of everything with a nice dock on the lake. Unfortunately, everything else about our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we couldn’t even get into the house at our scheduled 4 PM check-in because of an issue with the door code. It took nearly two hours before someone came to fix it. Once inside, we found the house was not clean — cobwebs, dusty surfaces, and dirty bedding throughout. We reached out about the issues and requested a late checkout to make up for lost time, but management refused and offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Beautiful area, but sadly, this rental did not meet expectations.

Great Location!

Let me start with the positives. The location is great! It's so nice to be able to walk out the back door and have the lake right there. The location is close to FunZone and Funland and activities like kayaking. The townhouse was clean but rather basic. The negative for me was that it wasn't really up to my standards. I was cooking for everyone and there were no basic ingredients like salt and pepper or olive oil. It's an electric stove with cheap pots and pans. The place is worn and needs a paint job. If you are staying for a short time or just using it as a place to sleep after a long day of activities, it's fine. We were there for two nights and it worked out well, but after just staying at a beautiful place that was stocked with everything, it was a bit of a disappointment. Again, I recommend this place for a short stay and for its ideal location.
