Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Sunplace 7. It is located near restaurants and activities. It is also located across the street from the lake. Our only suggestion would be to update the family room furniture because it is old and worn and brings down the look of an otherwise lovely room.

Nice place and beautiful view

Plenty of room for six adults, great views and it was very nice. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The other two bedrooms did not have comfortable mattresses for adults.

Location is great. The view of the water is wonderful. Your set up works. You need a new front screen door,hanging by one pump. AC wasn't working properly ,called cs had it fixed that night. Working fine now. Your cleaning crew could do a better job. Shower stalks could use a good scrub,I even tried to clean them down. And I vac up the living room rug. I really like your vacation rental. I would like to stay there next year again. Thanks again.

Little disappointed that the property is not actually lakefront. That was a little misleading. The futons in balcony area should not be counted as available sleeping areas. Very uncomfortable and hot in the balcony. Also forgot a couple items and property management was not very helpful. However, was a good vacation and would consider renting again.

Great location - comfortable accommodations

Our family of 7 adults spent a quick ski weekend at Sunplace. The townhome has everything you need and is so close to Wisp, restaurants and the main road through town. The loft area could use some updating - the sofa bed was broken and the futon bed was really uncomfortable. Looks like it would be a fun place in the summer as well...just walk across the street to the community lakeside area. Great views from the front balcony of the lake & ski area.

We loved the location but the condo was very dirty and dusty. The walls, light switches very dirty and sticky. The showers were dirty, and the dust was everywhere.

Great Locations

The property was perfect for our long get away weekend. It offered a wonderful view of the lake and was close to McHenry, Oakland and others areas we visited. The fire pit near the water made for a wonderful, relaxing and fun evening. The property was dated, however, had all that we needed for the trip. Thank you!

Very nice condo with Great Lake view

This condo is very well equipped. Nothing needed for our stay but food and a few staples like coffee filters etc. Perfect for families with kids as there’s a loft all set up for them. Recommend highly and will visit again if possible.

This home was close to ski slopes. Really convenient. Since it was the pandemic we heated and ate our meals here and was lovely to see the lake, geese, and slopes from the home.

Rented a pontoon boat, highly recommended. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

There was plenty of room for an average family to hang out in the Living Room and Kitchen areas. The deck had a beautiful view of the lake. The Master Bedroom was a nice size and the kids rooms were plenty adequate for them. The location was great with close proximity to lots of activities. Not sure if the indoor pool is heated, it was a tad cold for my liking but the kids enjoyed it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, We had a good time. But, would not rent again. Beds were very uncomfortable. But,biggest problem was the pool. Very dirty. Seemed untreated. Concerned about my kids health while using the pool. Gentleman from Taylor-Made was not ready to take ownership of issue. At first, just said that Taylor-Made is not responsible for pool. That it was the "Sunplace" mgmt who were responsible. Not what I wanted to hear. We did not rent from "Sunplace". Rented from Taylor-Made". Expected a better response. Later, Taylor-Made rep gave me a follow-up call. This was nice. But, Taylor-Made and "Sunplace" need to understand how many harmful organisms can grow in untreated pools. People can get sick. Sometimes, seriously.
