The property was great. It was extremely pet friendly, private and just a great experience for our family. The kids had so much fun exploring, fishing in the creek, taking hikes and playing on the swing. The house was clean and had everything we needed to a nice long weekend get away!

Serene Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoy all Camp Wondermore had to offer! Such a beautiful tranquil place for a fall family getaway. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit every night and all the near by hiking! We hope to return!

Wonderful stay peaceful and relaxing. So much space for me for everything to lounge around. Clean and nice furniture organized well. We enjoyed the outdoor space and time by the fire pit. Close to other things to go. Definitely a repeat vacation spot for me and my family!!!

Perfect Escape!

We had a wonderful winter escape with a close family friend over the weekend! Very comfortable stay with great amenities! We enjoyed the seclusion but close proximity to the resort area. We are already looking to book again!

Perfect getaway!

Camp Wondermore is fabulous. The property is private and very well appointed. Very clean in every aspect, we'd jump at a chance for another visit, definitely.

The house was basically ok but with a little work it could have been a much better experience:- the beds were low with uncomfortable mattresses and TERRIBLE pillows- basement bathroom door very hard to close- yard very overgrown which is not good for controlling insects or walking property- AIR CONDITIONING not central - we called about air conditioning before reserving and were assured that air conditioning good! Never told it wasn’t central and it was very hot inside house. Main floor bedroom AC had to be worked on while there. It caused breaker issues and leaked and made terrible noise. - thrown rugs and blankets were dirty/not washed- some beds did not have top sheets. - not enough dish towels or pot holders!Positive: - good communication from Taylor- pet friendly

Short getaway

Newer house with wooden setting on Nice quiet property. Enjoyed it. Few maintenance items needed addressed but nothing major.

Quiet Cabin

We enjoyed the quiet location and beautiful cabin. Close to all the things but not too close to crowds. We missed that it didnt have ac (our fault). and it coyld be warea is hot

Fun Outdoor Weekend for Friends

This was a lovely house, the windows are beautiful and the outdoor fire pit and creek access is nice. We had a group of 8 staying 2 per room and had plenty of space. We got a lot of use out of the fire pit and picnic table/grill area. No A/C so be warned during the summer months.

We had a very nice stay at Camp Wondermore. The layout worked well for us with a bedroom(s) and bathroom on each floor. We also enjoyed that the property was secluded and with a modern design.We did find the beds to be very uncomfortable, the pillows lacking support (way too short), and found it challenging to fit trash in one can given the home accommodates 12 people and is pet friendly. The breaker to one of the upstairs bedrooms also kept tripping causing the air conditioning unit and ceiling fan to shutdown throughout the night. I recommend the owner and property manager addressing these fixes to make it a five star experience.

Too hot to handle

I recently stayed at this Vrbo property in July and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. Despite the sweltering summer heat, the house had no air conditioning. This made the indoor conditions almost unbearable and the inside temp was a steady 81 degrees. I have pics of the thermostat to prove it. To make matters worse, there were no screens on the windows, so opening them to get some fresh air was not an option unless we wanted to invite a swarm of bugs inside. Additionally, the basement was musty and had a damp smell, making it an unpleasant space to be in. Overall, the lack of basic amenities like air conditioning and window screens, combined with the musty basement, made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing vacation stay.

Not handicap ready

We had a handicapped person with us. Front porch railing was not handicapped accessible, a hand rail needs to be installed. Family member was limited to the first floor. Bathroom was not handicapped ready. The home was beautiful I believe it to be part my fault for not checking this when I was selecting the home. Also never had communication with property manager. Response should be N/A.
