Le complexe Bluewater est seulement huit blocs au sud de la Caroline du Beach Boardwalk dans la belle plage de la Caroline. Ceci est où vous trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants et les activités estivales telles que feux d'artifice, manèges et musique live. Amusez-vous dans le soleil tout en restant à ce à trois niveaux, trois chambres à coucher, trois et une maison de ville demi-bain, parfait pour un groupe de famille de huit. Profitez de regarder le lever du soleil depuis votre balcon en bord de mer ou en bord de mer spacieuse chambre des maîtres.

Le premier étage dispose d'une cuisine et de bord de mer séjour / salle à manger. Deux chambres et deux salles de bains se trouvent au deuxième étage, suivie par la chambre des maîtres et salle de bain privée au troisième étage. Garage et stationnement hors rue sont disponibles pour 2 voitures. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur et les animaux ne sont pas autorisés. Great location!

As in previous reviews the house was a little run down but that didn’t bother us because we felt more comfortable and at home. It was clean. We can’t say enough great things about the location! The garage actually has a door that opens into the sand. The beach access is just at the end of the building, less than 100 steps. Easy walk to the boardwalk and night life! We loved this area and this property! We would definitely stay here again!

Location is great, close to the boardwalk, lake, and restaurants. Parking in town is expensive, you walk to most places. One note is that the property photos do not accurately represent the condition of the property. Mostly cosmetic issues.

I came in on short notice but they got me in early. A vacation that started on a nightmare turned into a wonderful time with my daughters and grandaughters.

Great little place

Clean enough and perfect location. The decks are wonderful and the beds are great. Definitely needs updates and some TLC. The kitchen and full baths need to be gutted and totally redone. The couch sags. I also didn't understand why I had to stop the realty office to pick up check in materials. I'd definitely come back, though.

Great location but...

The good: absolutely wonderful location and beautiful views. Easy walk to the boardwalk even for little kids. The public access to beach was right next to the property. Although I didn't mind it being public, it would have been nice to know because it did get blocked on the off- season weekend with golf carts. The space of the rooms and layout of the proprty was perfect for our family. The bad: the place was absolutely filthy and in disrepair. I don't mean it hadn't been cleaned, they're was clearly years of grime built up on the furniture. Photo hooks with no pictures, an outlet hanging out of the wall, broken chairs inside and out, it looked like a kindergarten class with dirty hands was let loose with markers. Overall it needs updating, but beyond that the master bathroom looks like it should in a horror movie. Limescale covering the shower head, cracks in the walls, cheap plastic surround that is barely big enough for a small adult and no way to keep water contained. The carpets were stained and worn, again with deep brown grime. The place could be wonderful with a little updating and basic maintenance.

Templeton is great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four adults and one child stayed in spacious Templeton at the beginning of the summer. The location and the building were very quiet. Everything we needed was in the home. We had a few issues with the bedding on the first night but Bryant took care of it for the linen supplier the very next morning. We hope to stay in or near Templeton again.

I spent the first day cleaning it myself and Maintenance had to come in to clean the dishwasher which was moldy/mildewy. It could use some updating.

Great layout and location

First, I have a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and it fit exactly in the garage with my windows folded in and a couple inches to spare, so if you want to know if your vehicle will fit, look up the dimensions. No one would give me measurements so hopefully this will help future tenants. The location of this place was excellent and with three college age kids with us, having them on their own floor with own bathrooms was perfect. It was so nice having three balconies with views. Although some of the furniture and carpeting needed cleaning or replacement, this is a beach house and we were fine with it, we did not spend a lot of time there. We thought it was a great place and would definitely stay there again.

Met our wants and needs

The condo is perfectly located. Access to the beach was adequate but took a couple of trips since the public access was almost a block away. The place was clean and more than sufficient in terms of space. Parking was a challenge due to small driveway and the need to “fit” one of our two cars in the garage. Family living in the area had to pay for public street parking whenever they visited. It wasn’t hard, but, could be expensive over several days. My only issue with reserving the place was a “late notification” to sign the rental agreement or else lose our reservation. Bryant notified me of the looming deadline and informed me that their emails get sent to Spam…that’s where I found it. Bryant needs to solve this issue in order to satisfy renters that their reservation is secure. Apparently paying a deposit isn’t enough to secure the reservation. Please fix this for future renters.

Good spot for family

The condo was large enough to accommodate 2 adults, 2 older teens, and a middle schooler. 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with a sofa made it easy to spread out. The bathrooms were somewhat small. Almost everything needed updating (walls painted, carpet cleaning, etc) but that also meant we didn't have to be extremely careful with things either. I've stayed places where I felt all I did was clean to keep things spotless. Everything was clean when we arrived. Bed linens were clean and without stains. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was clean. Be sure to take paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and any other things you might need. The 3 balconies were great for viewing the ocean. However, there was no direct beach access. You either had to walk on the street or open the garage door to get to the access. Beaches were not crowded which was a plus and why we love Carolina Beach. Easy walk to the boardwalk and any other shops/restaurants you may want to visit. Overall, good stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was fine. Location is good and the ocean view was was nice to have bedrooms and baths on separate floors. There was a problem with the access code when we arrived, but a new one was activated immediately when I called Bryant. Inside there were two different WIFI passwords posted, both different from the one Bryant communicated. We were only there for the weekend were surprised to find no paper towels, dishwasher detergent or extra toilet paper.

A great location at Carolina Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice and only steps from the beach. It was very clean and spacious, big enough for the whole family. A terrible inconvenience was that maintenance showed up during the stay to take measurements for the unit owner. They were noisy and disturbed us while we were relaxing. I would think that maintenance could have come between vacancies as to not disturb anyone. Some of the outdoor chairs provided were worn out and should be replaced as well. Other than that, it was a good stay.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

The title is a spoof on that well known real estate phrase and in this case it is very true. This townhome is in a great location with fantastic views of the beach, particularly from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. It is also within easy walking distance of the boardwalk and activity area in downtown Carolina Beach. As other reviewers have noted the interior of the home is very dated, in fact I would say it is pretty much in the original condition when built last century, accept for carpets, etc. The outside of the entire complex has been totally renovated so the balconies, rails and sliders are all in good, new condition. But we really did not care, the price point reflects the condition of the interior. The home is still very comfortable and if you have couples staying there, as we did, there is plenty of private space. My only gripe about the home were two things. Firstly, some of the furniture was in poor condition. There was a chair on the top balcony that was literally falling apart and quite unsafe to sit on. No excuse for that. Secondly, we had a small child with us and the pickets on the stair rails are far apart and easy for a child to fall through. This is actually a code violation and I was surprised the rental company (Bryant) had not insisted this be corrected as it is liability. Those are the only two reasons I marked this townhome down to 4 stars overall. But to be quite honest I would rent again as it is just such a fantastic location for the price.

Not As Good As It Seems (Please Read Before Booking)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I just want to forewarn future guests so that they do not experience the level of disappointment that my family and I experienced. The property is ocean front, but does not have a walkway or pathway to the beach. The only walkway is a Public Beach Access down the road. The beach was extremely overly crowded with lots of people within less than 6 inches of each other. The surrounding units were being “repaired” the entire time we were there. We were woken up very early every morning by the very loud sounds of power tools, hammering and music. The property is also extremely outdated. The carpets could use a good cleaning and the furniture could be updated. I must mention that Bryant Real Estate was absolutely amazing. Their staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend booking with them, just not this particular unit.

Close to Beach but needs improvement inside

Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the Templeton anticipating a great week and were blessed with fantastic weather but we were immediately disappointed with the clutter at this condo. It seemed that every drawer and each closet was full to the brim with junk. We had to empty extra furniture and junk from two of the bedroom closets just to hang a few things. We moved them to the garage which we discovered was a mess of junk also. Two broken grills, bikes with flat tires and other assorted junk. No way to park a car in there so we juggled our second car all week. Decor seems to be random yard sale cast offs with little attempt to coordinate. Cold water drips from the vent in master bath. Oven would not hold temp long enough to roast meat. Dishwasher did not dissolve soap. Deck furniture was absolutely terrible--rusty, nearly broken and filthy. Not usable for the table. Paint cans stacked in bathroom and closets. Pile of TV remotes in living room, had to figure out which went to each TV, no remote for one TV. No cable TV in third bedroom.

Great Location and Layout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for our family of 4 (couple with 2 adultish children). The location and the views (from every level) were perfect. Going to the beach always reminds me of my childhood of the 70s and early 80s - and the furnishings at Templeton do as well! All of the reviews about this place being outdated are spot on but it really didn't matter. The main couch looks outdated but actually was comfortable. 2 of the bathrooms were too small but functional. The kitchen appliances were basic but worked great. We were able to prepare and cook an entire Thanksgiving meal with no problem. As previous owners of a rental property ourselves and having rented dozens of places around the world, we spent some time thinking of how we would want to fix up this place if we owned it. Get a Keurig to replace the antiquated conventional coffee maker, put a microwave above the oven and ditch the console size microwave on the counter. Also, in the family room, get rid of the entertainment center and mount the tv on the wall - to create a little more room. All in all though, would we rent this place again - absolutely. To be honest, I would probably check first to see if any other condos adjacent to this unit are available to rent but - if not - would rent this place again in a heartbeat. It was very comfortable and functional and we were able to have a great 3 day trip with our sons. Walking downtown to the various restaurants and bars is a breeze. We also recommend the short walk south on the beach to the Ocean Grill Tiki Bar on the pier. I am not sure if this would be a good place with elderly people who don't want to navigate stairs, but we would recommend this to small families and multiple couples. The Bryant Real Estate folks are top notch with plenty of informative email communications prior to, during and after our stay.
