Expansive, 180-degree, oceanfront views in this gorgeous 1st-floor condo with one of the largest private oceanfront decks in Carolina Beach! This spacious open floor plan condo has ocean views in every direction and is perfectly located within walking distance from the boardwalk on the ocean side, and 1 block from the public kayak /SUP drop on the canal side.

This open floor plan condo is perfectly maintained, with ceiling to floor windows throughout the living and dining areas. The master bedroom has a deck with canal views and a small office for those looking to get away during the work week!

The common areas includes 2 parking spaces, a private renters closet for beach gear, and closed, heated outdoor shower. The large deck facing the ocean is private and is only for use by guests of this unit.

This luxury property has never before been available for rent and had only one prior owner.

Wow!

Amazing property. Steps to the beach. Property had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Cute little store with great take out food options. Approximately a one mile walk/bike ride to the boardwalk and many restaurants and shops. Would absolutely book again. Great family trip!

Little Slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was in a great location that was just a short drive to the major attractions and many local restaurants were within walking distance. The view was amazing! I would not hesitate to book again.

Amazing Family Spot

We stayed here for the weekend with our friends and our family (three kids) and loved it! The place was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the large deck for the kids, the view, and easy, quick access to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

A gem in CB

Newer property with super easy beach access. Three bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen very nice. We enjoyed the huge ocean front porch!

Wonderful beach stay

We enjoyed this clean, well appointed, beach home. It was perfect for the grandkids being able to have an exit and entrance from porch. The beds were very comfortable. Truly the large porch made it spectacular...kids could play...great place to eat, comfortable furniture, ocean views and sound! Would love to stay again in the future!

Had a great stay, so close to the beach! If you have infants be aware that the unit above can be quite noisy. Our babies were woken up a couple times by the renters of the unit above.

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay. We were able to book the rental above this as well for our group of 20 people. It is located on the water and has great access to the beach. College students spent the day working with Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity and came home after the hard days work to this great apartment with plenty of space, fun things to do, and ability to rest.

Perfect rental and location

We had such a great stay here. The location is perfect - right on the beach! The owners and property manager were so friendly, answered all my questions and were incredibly responsive. They had all the beach gear we needed, so that was a plus. My youngest was just a toddler when we stayed and the place was so safe for him to wander. The enormous porch gave us plenty of space for the kids to play and to have friends over for dinner.

Great space and outdoor area

We have rented this space 3 times now with friends and family and will keep coming back. Clean, easy in and out, easy communication, lots of beach toys /chair love that we don’t need to bring any. Love the deck and house layout- has all you need

Second Stay was even better than the first

Really great location and a nice kitchen with a large beachfront porch. Since last year, this property has had some needed updates, including a nice big couch. Only complaint is that the porch has rusty screws sticking out and some rotted side boards.

Great spot

The only difficulty was the parking. The units above get a majority of the parking spaces leaving space for only 2 vehicles. We had people coming from multiple states so we were not able to consolidate to 2 cars some 2 cars had to pay for parking which was $25 per day. overall the experience was nice, we walked down to the beach several times and walked to several places to get food.

Space with a View

All condo rooms were spacious, not cramped like other beach rentals. Beach access was the immediately adjacent public access — no strenuous tiers of stairs through dunes, people watching was entertaining. Whole back wall of condo was windows viewing ocean, dining and living area. Spacious porch for entertaining. Dining area has full view of ocean.
