New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

This 3BR/3.5BA townhouse is a coastal charmer, perfect for exploring the best of Carolina Beach! Walk just steps to the beach, or make the short stroll to nearby Carolina Lake. Highlights include three ocean-facing balconies, stunning waterfront views, sparkling appliances, and an outdoor shower.

Shops and dining options are within a short walk. Attractions and downtown riverfront activities are 15 miles away in downtown Wilmington.

LIVING AREA

After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open living area, furnished with a plush sectional and an armchair. Kick back and watch shows on the 60 4K smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for three. When its time to eat, gather at the table set for six.

BED & BATH

This three-story townhome sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Rest easy in the primary bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and 48 cable TV. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 52 smart TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and 32 smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

A convenient half bath is located near the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Make use of the charcoal grill, then dine alfresco on an ocean-facing balcony with table seating for six. Two additional ocean-facing balconies off the master and second bedroom are each appointed with seating for two.

An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after the beach.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix capabilities, a washer/dryer are provided. The smart TVs in the bedrooms are equipped with Roku or Fire TV. Additional perks include board games, cards, beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, and a brand-new beach tent.

Parking is available for one car in the garage and one in the driveway. (The garage can only fit up to a small SUV.)

LOCATION

Walk just steps to the beach from this oceanfront getaway! Stroll around nearby Carolina Lake, a half-mile away.

A plethora of restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities are available within a 10-minute walk.

Find fun for the whole family at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Or discover local flora and fauna at Carolina Beach State Park.

Travel 15 miles to visit downtown Wilmington. Take in views of the Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and the Battleship North Carolina. Local shops and restaurants await downtown.

Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating are also available in the surrounding area.

Even though we didn’t get to use the beach due to weather..boo.. it was a beautiful beach! We loved the location.. walking distance to boardwalk! The one shower didn’t work but was told we will be getting a discount… so we survived:-). The house was very clean.

Great spot close to everything. Parking can be an izzue if you have more than 1 vehicle or a large truck..do some research on parking lots and passes, its worth it.

Heavenly Break

Really nice condo will all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay. The convenience to the beach was a real plus. Loved having plenty of sheets and linens that smelled lovely. The pillows, were too hard for my taste, it would be nice to have some allergy pillow protectors and also some larger and softer pillows as options to use.Thanks for the great stay - we hope to return.

Beach Vacation

The townhouse was very nice, modern and clean. Wonderful ocean view from living room, second floor bedroom and third floor bedroom! Easy access to beach a few steps away and a several stores/eateries and outdoor seating nearby. Easy walk to Carolina Lake for a nice stroll.

We really enjoyed staying at this unit. It's very nice and comfortable. The boardwalk was within walking distance which our children enjoyed. We also enjoyed walking around the Carolina lake which was within walking distance as well. We drove a mini van and a truck. The parking was really tight. Nice family beach and would return.

Close to Beach

The property is very close to the beach/ocean. It was not as clean as I would have liked. It could definitely use some updates. Overall, we had a good stay there and it was very easy to get to the beach.

Sunrises and Balconies

The unit looked just like the photos in the Vacasa listing. We loved the privacy three bedrooms and bathrooms allowed. We lived on the balconies when we were home. The location was great. Don't miss taking the ferry to South Port. We were there during the Azalea Festival so lucked out in seeing beautiful blooms everywhere. I would recommend this unit and location. We had a wonderful vacation. Thanks.

Fantastic location for peaceful beach getaway!

We loved the three (!) balconies overlooking the beach-- not only a lovely views but since they were off the bedrooms, a great way to have the beautiful sounds of the waves lulling you to sleep. Even though we visited during the off-season, because it's in a less "tourist-y" part of this quiet community, we think it would be much more peaceful even during the summer. The home itself, though not really luxurious, is nicely appointed, and the kitchen has good newer appliances and is well stocked with utensils. Another nice plus is the washer-dryer. We will definitely consider another visit in the future!

Plenty of space!

The house is beautiful. When you enter the home, you immediately walk up about 15 stairs to the second floor. The Kitchen, living area (with a balcony), half bath, laundry room are on this floor. Up another flight of stairs, are two more bedrooms. One with bunk beds and a full bath. The other with a queen bed, full bath, and balcony. Up another flight of stairs is the third bedroom (queen bed) with a full bath and balcony. I watch the sunrise from my balcony several mornings. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom makes this rental perfect for an extended family.

Not Vacasa's fault

I had to call rental company twice, I have never had to call a rental company during my stays anywhere. The stovetop was an induction stove and we brought a pot for seafood boil, the pots/pans there weren't all induction pots/pans so we couldn't figure out why we couldn't cook anything for a while. The ceiling leaked in two areas, leaking on our things and bulging water in the ceiling, the vacuum didn't pick up well, we never found a broom or mop to help with the sand in the house. When we got there the house was hot, unloading was miserable. Parking is tight, had to pay $50 for parking for 2 days nearby.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the induction stovetop and the confusion around the pots and pans. To improve future guests’ experiences, we have removed all non-induction cookware from the home to avoid any further issues. Regarding the ceiling leaks, we are actively confirming with our local team that the repairs have been completed to prevent any recurrence. We truly regret the discomfort and damage caused by the leaks during your stay. We also apologize that the house was hot upon your arrival. Please note that the home is set to higher temperatures when not in use to conserve energy, but we understand this can make unloading uncomfortable. We appreciate your patience with this. Parking in Carolina Beach is known to be very tight, and while the home provides space for two average-sized vehicles—one in the garage and one in the driveway—we understand that additional parking fees nearby can be an inconvenience. Lastly, we have purchased a new vacuum for the home to ensure better cleaning, and we will look into providing a broom and mop to help guests manage sand and keep the space comfortable. We truly regret that your stay was impacted by these issues, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve the quality of our homes and services. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future, and we would be happy to assist you in finding a home that better suits your needs.

Great location!!!

Great location! If you go out the back door of the garage you walk right into sand and it is a few steps away from the entrance to the beach. So convenient! It is a few blocks away from the board walk. We rarely had to drive anywhere. The view from the balconies……amazing! The garage is small so we didn’t attempt to try to fit our Odyssey van in it but it was a great place to store the beach supplies, and the water hose right outside of it was nice to spray the sand off. If you don’t get the code for the garage when you get the rental info call customer service before you arrive. The code is not the same as the main door. We would definitely stay here again.
