Le complexe Reefs II de Carolina Beach abrite ce condo économique de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Cette section de l'extrémité nord est calme, résidentielle et proche du quai de pêche de North End ainsi que du parc Freeman ... apportez donc les 4 roues motrices et emballez les cannes à pêche!

Situé en face de l'océan, ce logement au troisième étage dispose d'un grand pont ouvert avec vue sur l'Atlantique, un endroit idéal pour bronzer et se détendre. Abordable et paisible, cet appartement basique et un peu démodé de 2 chambres est une bonne option pour une escapade à la plage. La chambre principale a un lit queen et une salle de bain privée tandis que la chambre d'amis a un lit double et un accès au petit balcon donnant sur la piscine. Il y a une grande piscine disponible sur le site. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur. Animaux interdits. 2 places de parking disponibles sur le côté ou derrière le bâtiment. Absolument pas de parking sous le condo. Loue samedi à samedi

Well equipped and comfortable.

Property was nice, had everything you’d need and location was great. Loved the pool and on-site parking. Our unit had an issue with entrance door so the only way in and out was through a bedroom. Not ideal at all. This should be fixed and some minor updates made also.

The condo was ideal for our summer vacation and we are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Using the bedroom door was very annoying because the sliding door is damaged and could not be used, the laundry room door needs to be fixed, the water in the bathtub stagnates too much, I could list many more, I will only say that this property needs maintenance

Perfect for a relaxing get away

My daughter and I picked this place for our annual mother/daughter vacation and other than the 49 steps to get to our unit it was amazing! It’s a one minute walk to the beach but not close to chair and umbrella rentals. We did see someone on a 4-wheeler once that had chairs and umbrella rentals but you’re better off bringing/buying your own. The bldg has it’s own pool but they need more chairs! The unit we stayed in also needs to update that all the tvs are roku/smart tvs! Other than that everything was perfect and we plan on going back next year for a longer period of time and we’ll be choosing a first floor unit!

Vacation

Our vacation went well. The fish weren’t biting but that’s ok. As far as the condo it was mostly clean. The furniture in living needs replaced and the kitchen definitely needs a remodel. It’s fine if your going to eat out every night but we love to cook.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The couch and chair in the living room were very worn, cushions sank in, hard to get out of. Both sliding doors were VERY difficult, heavy to open. The shed provided had old rusty chairs, I guess from previous visitors.

Great little place.

Loved the location for the $$, although the 4 floors of walk-up was pretty hard on us 67/70 year olds. Wouldn’t do that again. Also furniture was old and kind of dingy but that was to be expected....closets were locked shut, so no where to actually hang clothes , but, we really enjoyed ourselves. But we had fun, saw our kids and grandkids and would do it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great unit, right across the street from the beach and right next to the beach access. Easy parking, clean and neat lodging. The only caveat is for those who have any mobility issues. This unit is top floor, and there are a lot of stairs to get to it. If that doesn't concern you, then this is a great unit at a great price.

The condo itself was dated and the beds were not comfortable to sleep on, however, the low price made up for that and was a fair price for the condo. But the location was great and for a short stay it worked fine for our family. We loved the beach access right across the street and the area the condo was in. Overall, it was a good experic

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice but we had no pool for 3 days since they drained it and used a hose to refill it and the Manager at Bryant never called me about what was the reason for it. Also our main TV did not work as we wanted either for 31/2 days until they replace the ROKU. Very disappointed with Reality company.

My mom and I stayed here for two nights when I had to travel for a specialist appointment in Wilmington. The location was great! I stayed in another unit in this building a few weeks before, same layout but I booked it through another site. I did find that the other unit was much nicer (and it was a little cheaper). For me personally, this unit could use some updating in terms of decor and furniture (the couch is not very comfy and the unit didn't have a beachy feel to it like the other one I stayed in). Some liquid hand soap should be added to the unit, especially during the pandemic (there were wrapped bars of facial soap that were made available). On the plus, it was clean and the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped, although we didn't use it during our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs updating. Holes in the furniture and stains on comforters. The deck furniture was broke and not enough seating for 6 people. The kitchen sink had been leaking and we were not able to use it for two days. The rental company did everything they could to make our stay better and the owner refunded $200 of our money so I was happy with it. I think they would benefit with some newer furniture and offer Wifi as well. I would rent from Bryant Real Estate again.
