Wonderful place!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was so cute, it was extremely clean, and the pool was great!! We really enjoyed our stay and would give it our highest recommendation!

Home Away from Home

This place is very nicely decorated. The location is excellent and is at the end of the “Roaring Fork Nature Trail.” Gorgeous, must do drive. We were disappointed in the cookware provided. One of the reason for staying in VRBO properties is so we can save money by cooking. We had one small sauce pan and one very large stew pot. We also did t know salt and pepper was not provided until the morning of check in and we were already on the road. When sitting in the living room you will have headlights shine in as cars drive by. Looking past that bit of disappointment, it was a lovely condo. The assigned parking is a plus and convenient. We were also approved for a late checkout (left on a Thursday).

Great Condo/Great Location

We loved staying here, it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The location was great, it was just a minute from the strip. It was wonderful having some outdoor area for kids right outside our room. The condo is nice & spacious, comfortable beds. We were lucky enough to see a mama & 2 baby bears right across the road twice while there.

Wonderful Stay

Great location to downtown, cozy well maintained Vrbo. We simply walked uptown as parking can be hectic. HVAC unit was a little loud in spare bedroom however we did not use that room. Outdoor seating was lovely to hear the running water of the river every day. Owner was attentive and would definitely recommend or stay again.

Gatlinburg Vacay

Inadequate water pressure in showers. One shower leaked (poured) even after maintenance was contacted. Apparently, maintenance entered bedrooms when they came to address the shower leak-not sure it was maintenance, but someone entered our bedrooms while we were out. No power to dishwasher. Only one chest for clothes in the condo-had to live out of suitcases. Extremely small bathrooms.

Cute place

This was a very nice apartment, cute and clean. Check in was easy so was check out. The place is spacious, well decorated basic nothing fancy but adequate and functional. There was no washer and dryer in the apartment but I believer there is a coin laundromat in the building. The is no kitchen sink disposal, so you need to be careful about what you wash in the sink. Water pressure in the bathroom showers could be better. It is located about 1.7 mile from downtown Gatlinburg and five minute-walk to the free trolley that goes to downtown. WIFI was excellent, AC was very good and quiet. Supplies was adequate for a short-stay, for a log stay you need to buy your own. There are three good size TVs one in each room with roku channels and adequate programing. All and all we had a great time in our one week stay in this very nice apartment.

Quaint

Took my granddaughter on a surprise short vacation. We did Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, Pigeon Forge, Titanic Museum. We weren't in the condo very much at all. In fact, we never even turned on a single TV. But it was quaint and cozy when we were there.
