The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, gas fireplace (available in winter), and a smart TV—making it ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the Smokies. Each bedroom also includes its own TV, providing space for everyone to unwind.



The full kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and more for easy meals in. There are also a dedicated dining area and access to a shared laundry facility (coin-operated) on the ground floor. Step out onto the private balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air or walk straight into the energy of downtown Gatlinburg—it’s that close.

This is a totally private condo - just for you!! You will have private access. We give you a door code and you come and go anytime - day or night!

Getting Around:

You can seriously WALK everywhere in Downtown Gatlinburg!! Its awesome!! If you are tired then just grab a ride on the Gatlinburg Trolley! We have a trolley stand right in front of our building!!



Other Things to Note:

Parking is Free and access is 24 hours a day!! So arrive anytime after 4 pm on the day of your arrival and come and go as you please! Pets are not allowed in our condo or on the premises of the complex. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate families with pets.

We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
