â Kid-friendly: We do not have any baby gear on site. All of our baby gear amenities such as Pack N Plays and high chairs are provided via a rental service. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little oneâs stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!
â The home has an exterior security camera above the carport that faces the side door entrance. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the game room. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.
âWe have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
â We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.
â Vendors to expect during your stay. Lawn care and Pool care is on TUESDAY.
â Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
â Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 16 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
4) Must be 25 years and older to book.
5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guestâs reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10) No glass bottles near pool. No sand/dirt/ grass allowed in pool. Please rinse off prior to using. Leave pool vacuum in pool at all times. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pool requires additional cleaning or draining. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
11) There are quiet hours starting at 10pm which means no use of jacuzzi or pool (especially heating or jets equipment) till 8am. As posted in the listing as well, this is to follow the city ordinance laws and neighborhood rules.
*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.
