Old Town Scottsdale Desert Oasis- FREE heated pool

This centrally located home is only 1 mile away from Old Town Scottsdale where you will find all of the best restaurants, bars, pool parties, and night clubs. It’s 1.5 miles from Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants), 6 miles from Sloan Park (Chi Cubs), and 5 miles from Salt River Field (Diamondbacks). It is also close to Talking Stick Casino (5 miles), Casino Arizona (4 miles), Camelback Mountain (5 miles) and Fashion Square Mall (2 miles). For our fans of golf, TPC is only a 15 min. drive away!

The space:
There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has 2 full size beds, and the third has 1 queen size bed. There is a couch in the living room that pulls out into a bed if needed. You will have a full sized kitchen and a dining area as well as a work space. The home is very spacious and has an open floor plan. We provide fun activities like shuffle board, corn hole, arcade games, and a pool! The pool is heated in the cold season at no extra cost to you! There are TVs inside, as well as one outside, for movie nights. Plus, a fire pit for relaxation. The patio has the option to be heated for those chilly nights, and we also have a BBQ available! We strive to make our desert oasis a home away from home for our guests. So book when you can, we would love to have you!

Guest access:
There are 2 homes on the property. The smaller house is off limits and is used for our family to vacation. Although this would be a very rare circumstance because we prefer to vacation when there are no guests staying on the property, there still is potential for family to be staying in the smaller house at the same time as you. The larger house with the teal door is the one that we make available to our guests. You will have this entire home and entire back yard (including the pool) to yourself! These spaces will not be shared! Things to note:
No parties and no pets! Quiet hours are 10PM- 9AM. Pool hours are also 9AM-10PM. Our pool maintenance guys usually shows early in the morning on Thursdays.
