Welcome to Uncharted, a brand-new custom home in Pointe West! Professionally-designed luxury awaits. You’ll be just a short distance away from the beach crossover and the golf cart path leading to the Beach Club and pools.

Uncharted features four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with ensuite bathrooms. Four large balconies allow you to enjoy amazing views of the ocean and lake.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Your family will relax in this comfortable and convenient beach home. The first floor living area overlooks the outdoor lake with views of the bay just beyond. The balcony extends the living space and provides plenty of outdoor seating. The open concept design includes a living room with a comfy sectional and a large screen TV, a dining room with seating for 6, and a well-equipped kitchen with additional counter seating. The area also includes a wet bar, wine fridge and large island.

RESORT-STYLE AMENITIES: Part of the Pointe West community, resort-style amenities include an infinity pool, lazy river, scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fitness center, private dune crossovers, and more! Enjoy an on-site restaurant, bar and game room.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Uncharted features four bedrooms, all with private, full bathrooms. The two Primary Suites upstairs each have king beds, large screen TVs, and offer spectacular views. The bunk room features two sets of bunk beds, which include 4 full-sized twin mattresses with chic bedding. A fourth bedroom on the lower level features a queen-sized bed.

GAMEROOM: The expertly-designed game room is the perfect place for the entire family to relax. The open concept space features two areas to enjoy. On one side, the customized arcade allows for up to four players and offers 8,000 of your favorite arcade choices. The space also includes a high-end sectional and a second big screen where you can watch your favorite sports or Sunday Ticket. A convertible sleeper sofa also provides additional sleeping space.

GREAT FEATURES: Uncharted has professionally decorated interiors. An outdoor hot/cold shower make clean up a breeze after your short walk back from the beach or the pool. A beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys are available. Take advantage of our outdoor grill. The highest internet speed from Xfinity is provided.

BALCONIES AND VIEWS: You’ll spend a lot of time on the over 1,000 square feet of balconies enjoying the views of the ocean or backyard lake.

Please Note - Beach Club Wristband Fee: There is a $25 fee per person per stay that the Beach Club charges for the amenities. An email from the Pointe West Beach Club will come prior to your stay for payment for wristbands and access.
