Welcome to paradise! This brand-new, gated resort home is nestled minutes away from all of Central Florida's vibrant attractions and the International Airport. Under radiant rays, enjoy exploring the area's numerous parks, outlet malls, restaurants, and of course, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and the Orlando Tree Trek Zipline.

Inside the boutique resort community, enjoy taking advantage of a plethora of amazing amenities such as a waterpark, ballroom, lounge, gym, game room, and business center. Additionally, right outside the kitchen's sliding door, you'll have access to your very own plunge pool.

Sun-kissed and content, head inside the meticulously decorated interior of your stay. Here, the living is plush, comfortable, and completely updated. The gourmet kitchen features excellent perks such as a full suite of stainless steel appliances, an expansive center island, and many nifty kitchen gadgets. Follow the home's contemporary flow into the adjacent living room, furnished with soft seating and a large Smart TV. A primary en suite bedroom with pool access and a half bathroom wraps up the main level of the home.

Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms all with effortless bathroom access, soft linens, and private TVs. The kids are sure to adore the Disney-themed decor in their rooms and everyone will appreciate the central air-conditioning keeping them cool. A private washer/dryer, Pack-N-Play, and internet access round out the stellar interior amenities.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
