The Swell Luxury 4 Bdrm Home Two Blks From Beach Renovated 2023

The Swell -is a stunning 2000 square foot vacation rental. Designed to be light bright and airy it is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. It has just been completely renovated and features everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

The Swell has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The master bedroom has a king bed with its own private bathroom, laundry, and closet. The other three bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable including 2 additional kings and 1 queen. We have also added a sleeper sofa, that pulls out to a queen bed allowing the home to sleep 10 guests total. All linens are provided.

The living room is open and inviting, with a large TV for entertainment and plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table seats 5 with seating for 3 at the peninsula.

It is located two blocks from the beach and close to all of the attractions that the area has to offer.

We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival. Exterior security cameras are present overlooking the driveway / front yard / front door entryway
1. No events or parties. $500 fee and immediate cancellation.

2. No outside guests on the property, not accounted for on the original booking. We understand there are rare circumstances with family or friends who live nearby and may want to join you at the beach. Please communicate with us; we can usually work something out.

3. Four cars per booking and all cars must be parked in the driveway.

4. Please do not take the bath towels to the beach. We recommend bringing your own, or we have beach towels available to rent for your stay. Let us know before your arrival.

5. Lock the door any time you are leaving the property.

6. No smoking inside the property. $500 fee for cleaning if the property smells like smoke of any kind inside.

7. We do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.
