La Vie -Located on Atlantic Avenue in the heart of the VB Boardwalk District.

La Vie is a beautifully decorated, 2600 Sq. Ft luxury townhouse. It sleeps 9 guests, with 3 bedrooms plus a loft with bunk beds and trundles, 3.5 bathroom, personal elevator, ocean view patio, and well-appointed gourmet kitchen.

La Vie will be your family`s tranquil beach haven from which the beach, shopping, restaurants, pubs, and nightlife are steps away. At the end of the night hop in your private elevator and head up to relax and share the day`s memories.

With La Vie we bring to you luxury at the beach with a casual modern twist. This Townhouse is less than a block from the beach. Built in 2016, this 3-bedroom + loft, 3.5-bathroom town-home has 2 parking spaces, a gourmet kitchen, stainless appliances with all cooking and eating utensils supplied, and a breakfast bar that sits 4, 54` TV including Netflix, and fast WIFI. The property also features an elevator so you don`t spend your time on vacation carrying groceries up and down the stairs. Enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over at the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony.

3 bedrooms each have their own attached full bathroom, with a another half bath on the 3rd floor living area. The 4th floor loft is perfect for the kids. We supply 2 bunk beds each with pull-out trundle, sleeping up to 6 kids.

We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival.
No additional guests on the property other than the ones included on the booking.

This property is a townhome and shares a common wall with the home next door. Please be courteous and keep any loud noises at a respectable level.

Per the city of Virginia Beach`s guidelines, no more than two cars per booking, and cars must be parked in designated spots!

No smoking, $500 fee if the house smells like smoke of any kind

Cat was the best host we’ve ever experienced! She communicated with us immediately and followed up with any ?’s we had. Can’t say enough good things. The house met our needs perfectly- 4 teenagers and 4 adults. It is 1 mile from the athletic center and easily walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping. The house is nicely updated and comfortable. It is 3 stories but the elevator was perfect for luggage etc. Thank you Cat!

Nice house within minutes of the beach

This house fit our needs perfectly for our group. It was a quick walk to the beach as well as restaurants and things to do. House was very clean and the hosts' communication was excellent.

Great location and well maintained unit. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The family really enjoyed staying there. One complaint is that there isn't much water pressure. If we visit the area again, we will definitely book this unit.

Great home and location

We stayed here for a long weekend to visit our kids who are in the Navy based in Norfolk. Great location--impeccably clean and spacious home. Everything we needed!! The owners were great to communicate with. Would be my first choice when we return to VA Beach.

We enjoyed our stay in Virginia Beach. Went to get some rest and to relax but spent most our time shopping & visiting the various restaurants in the area. The condo was always nice to come back to after a long day. I have problems with my back so having the elevator ess a bonus

3 night early autumn visit with 5 friends

Great 3 night visit in early October. Really good location includes two parking spots. Only need to walk across one street before you’re at the beach. The beach has a 3 mile boardwalk. House had a nice kitchen where we made most of our meals. We appreciated the bikes and beach chairs available for use.

Cathleen the host was wonderful! She was very attentive and very available to all questions and concerns. Location was perfect! Walking to beach, boardwalk, local shops, ice cream and restaurants. Walmart was a short distance away. If working remotely, condo doesn’t have good WiFi signal on all floors. Television was very limited due to weak signal. However, we made due, we all enjoyed every day and went to Brush Gardens about an hour away.

Virginia Beach family trip

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The check in process was effortless. the property was very clean. It’s location is central to everything! Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream and entertainment. This property had everything provided, beach bikes, beach cart, chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys. We will definitely suggest it to our friends and plan to visit again. I communicated with Cat, Chris and Pete and they all were very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Vacation!

This was a beautiful Home and Everyone had a lovely time! The beach is close, clean & plenty of places to eat and explore. 2 of our grand babies (5 & 8) experienced the ocean for the first time and loved it as well as their first Ferris wheel rides. The hose in the garage was especially convenient for cleaning things off before entering the house. It was hard finding a house with separate beds for the kids, and the double bunks fit the bill just fine, even the 3 year old handled the spiral stairs like a champ.

Great Family Condo and Fun Weekend

The condo was beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed our time there, and the house had everything we needed to cook, have family time, and enjoy the property. The location is great. There were beach toys and chairs in the garage for us to use, and we were fortunate the weather was warm enough to enjoy the beach. We were also close to a playground on the beach and the fishing pier, where we rented a Surry bike to ride on the boardwalk. Overall, we would stay at the property again as it easily gave us all room to breathe: 5 adults and 2 kids. If we had anything negative to share, the noise on weekend nights was loud when the bands played at nearby bars, and the motorcycle noise was late in the evenings after 10 pm. Otherwise, we had a great time!

La Vie is Perfection!

This year is my second at La Vie and there is a reason I returned. The place is ideal for a short walk to the Boardwalk, water, and local services. Sneak peeks at the ocean and passersby from the balcony adds to the entertainment and charm. The townhouse, with its magical elevator, is ever so comfortable and well appointed. Comfortable living room furniture and beds, nice wide rooms with very large windows bringing in an abundance of light, a dream kitchen with all the bells and whistles in case one decides to cook in lieu of tapping into the abundance of restaurants nearby, large bathrooms with plenty of towels… just a meticulously clean, dream property. The owners, Cathleen & Chris, are most accommodating and communicative. This property ensures a very comfortable stay in the heart of Beach land. We are lucky to have found it!

We fell in love with this property for it's location. Everyting is walkable. You only need to get to the property once there everything you need for the week can be walked to. It's also recently updated, has an elevator and not one but three en suite bathrooms.
