The Full Tide, a combination of our High and Low Tide homes is a one of a kind property perfect for multiple families or friends to vacation together and make lasting memories.

The property affords a unique opportunity for multiple groups to travel together but also enjoy privacy. High Tide in total features 3750 Sq Ft. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms of newly renovated perfection.

The Full Tide combines our High Tide and Low Tide offerings. In total, the Full tide is a 3750 Sq Ft. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with two kitchens, laundry areas, grills, and more.

At the High Tide, we bring to you the farmhouse at the beach with a modern twist. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home was renovated in 2022. It has three parking spaces, a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils supplied, and a breakfast bar that sits 3, a 54` TV including HULU plus, Netflix, and fast WIFI. The property also features an outdoor grill.

At the Low Tide, We bring you the beach cottage of your dreams to serve as a base for your daily adventures and then a cozy spot to return home and relax. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was renovated in 2022. It has two parking spaces, a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils supplied, a stocked coffee bar, and a breakfast bar that sits 2, 54` TV including HULU plus, Netflix, and fast WIFI. The property also features an outdoor grill.

Whether you’re here for a few days or here for good, there’s always something special going on. Weekly and monthly events like the Old Beach Farmer’s Market and Second Saturdays give a taste of the town and bring entertainment and community art projects you can be a part of.

The home includes five driveway parking spaces and is easily walkable, bikeable, or driveable.

Both the High and Low Tide have their own separate driveways and entrances.

We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival. Exterior security cameras are present overlooking the driveways / front yard / front door entryways
No more than 5 cars per booking and cars must be parked in driveway spaces.

No outside guests other than those on the reservation.

No Parties or events $500 fee and immediate cancellation

Please be courteous and have quiet hours starting at 10 PM.

We do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.

$500 fee for smoking or if the house smells like smoke of any kind
