✔ NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep the music/conversation down during the daytime and evening.

✔ QUIET HOURS: After 9 PM at night, please head back in the house. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Please respect the Quiet Hours, as Sonoma County mandates them. Breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.

✔ PETS: Sorry, NO pets are allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $200 per pet or more.

✔ SMOKING: NO SMOKING is allowed in this home. If any evidence of smoking, either inside or outside, is discovered, it will result in a fine of $200 or more.

✔ FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations.
