The Space:

The spacious 4 (+) bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat could host a large group of 8 overnight guests plus 4 additional daytime guests. You will leave behind all the hustle and bustle as you drive up the hillside cul-de-sac in the heart of this quiet and prestigious residential neighborhood. The modern retreat offers:
• Primary suite-1 with a comfortable king sized bed, a sofa bed, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, and a dedicated work desk
• Guest bedroom-2 with a king bed and adjacent full bathroom (double sinks) with tub shower. It has bright view windows adjacent the patio deck.
• Guest bedroom-3 with a king bed sharing the adjacent bathroom with guest bedroom 2.
• Guest bedroom-4 by the front door with a queen bed, a few steps away from a full bathroom across the entry foyer.
• Lower level den/office with desk, printer/scanner/copier (permission required)
• Lower level full bathroom with dry cedar Sauna.
• Fully stocked kitchen and laundry inside the pantry on the main level
• Spacious Great-Room with plenty of natural light, center-piece fireplace integrates the flow of the kitchen, dining room, entertainment and family sitting area with wet bar.
• Solid bamboo formal dining table could extend to seat 12 people
• Radiant heat concrete flooring throughout for sublime winter warmth; plus central HVAC system and ceiling fans for summer cooling.
• High speed Wi-Fi internet with flat screen smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu TV/w ESPN, and Pandora music) with sectional couch
• Multiple large window/glass doors open out to a sunny private patio upper deck with 5-person hot-tub, outdoor living and dining space with fire pit, sun-umbrellas, outdoor seating bench with Weber BBQ grill.
• Solar heated swimming pool (only heated yearly between late-April to mid-October) with Baja shelf at the lower deck bestows more amazing views and relaxation sitting area. (winter gas heating of the pool is available upon 48 hours advance request for $400 extra charge)
• Garage accommodates three full size cars with EV charger. We also have a foosball table
Guest Access:
Private Entrance. You have easy access to the entire home including the yard.
There is a relatively steep and narrow long driveway from the street that leads up to the garage and house.
House Policies and Regulations (Very Important):
There is a MAXIMUM LIMIT of 3 CARS per reservation. Please do not block the driveway entry at the street or the top by the garage. There are free street parking.
Only DISCLOSED numbers of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional short-term renters that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
Daytime guests are limited to 4 maximum.
Maintain quiet hours from 9PM-8AM (strictly enforced per Municipal noise code). No outdoor amplified sound is allowed. Loud noises and parties and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
REFRAIN FROM USING EXTERIOR DECKS during quiet hours as noise travels super easily and far in this quiet neighborhood with sensitive primarily homeowner neighbors. We NEED to keep a good-standing relationship with our surrounding neighbors.
Please take off your shoes before going indoor.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED IN THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $1,000 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.
Swim at your own risk. We assume no liability for your use of the pool, hot tub or indoor sauna.
Do not tamper with the surveillance system or noise detection devices. Tampering will result in a $500 fine. We have EXTERIOR cameras around the house for security purpose only. Please be aware there is one camera pointing towards the upper deck edge guardrail for safety and liability protection. We have indoor and outdoor noise detection devices.
Turn off all lights, AC/heater, and gas & lock all doors when away.
