Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this property! It is a gorgeous apartment in the perfect location in Florence! Everyone in our group loved the beds- so comfy! The layout was great with the bedrooms being in the back and the living room in the front. It was a lovely stay and I will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Perfect home for long stay. Decorated furnished with artistic wood floors. All modern kitchen, bathrooms & laundry. Great location, with everything within easy walk. Host and her staff are always available to help with any issue.

Location was fabulous- out of the chaos but close to everything. The neighborhood was wonderful, many walkable places to eat, drink and shop, but with a more local feel. Apartment was exceptionally appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Can’t say enough about this amazing VRBO.

The apartment was amazing! Very nicely located with all the amenities.. The host meets you at the apartment and explains everything. They helped to book taxis and were avaliable to answer any questions! We would definitely stay there again!

Florence, Oltrarno weekend stay

Had the perfect stay at this luxury Florence city centre apartment. The location was amazing with everything in walking distance. The hosts Donatella and Gianni were most helpful and courteous and they made our stay even more enjoyable. The residence was a huge living space and amazing value for money, I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent location

Had a great experience staying at the apartment. Everything was outstanding. The only thing I would change is that they ask the customer to get the trash out. When I booked the apartment they applied a cleaning service fee and I didn’t think I should have to pick the trash when you pay for the cleaning service.

OMG!!! Our stay was so lovely!! Erika, Anna & the team were great!! The apartment was so large, elegant & absolutely lovely!!! Well-appointed amenities, Erika was great with setting up drivers, recommendations, truly everything!! I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Lovely space

This was a lovely twisty apartment stretching along a corridor. The amenities were SO nice, I felt a little bad that we had a child with us. But the hosts were really really nice and gave us prompt attention when we had questions. One kitchen fuse tripped in the night but we were able to talk to the property manager right away and the whole thing was fixed in maybe an hour. Incredible! We found that a lot of the things we wanted to do were across the River but it was great to walk across the Ponte Vecchio a few times. This was a fantastic place to stay and we really enjoyed it.

The fuze would have tripped due to the fact that the total power capacity which in Italy is limited to 3kwh and sometimes having more than a few appliances on can sometimes trip the circuit! Nothing to worry about - just standard for Italy! :-) The location (Via Maggio) on the Oltrarno is the quieter and more charming - quaint side of the city, and is usually the preferred side. A minute walk and you are across the bridge and on to the vibrant streets that surround Via Tornabuoni and the Duomo! We hope to see you again soon on a future trip! Donatella, Anna & Erika

Incredible Vacation at Via Maggio 48

Our vacation in Florence was made even more enjoyable by this wonderful apartment. Situated on the first floor, it’s easily accessible by stairs or elevator. It was so spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect too. Near Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to great surrounding neighborhoods. The kitchen was well-equipped and made meal preparation a breeze. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer, which worked flawlessly during our stay. Indeed all appliances worked wonderfully, and any questions we had were answered through the comprehensive Appliances Guidebook and thoughtfully crafted guidebook on the city. The quality of the bedding and towels was excellent, and we slept soundly, as the bedrooms are situated away from any potential street noise. The check-in process was seamless, and Carlotta was fantastic—thoroughly explaining everything we needed to know, and Anna the House Manager, exceptionally gracious and accommodating, offering invaluable guidance both before and during our stay. She truly went above and beyond, quickly responding and arranging transport for our departure when we discovered the street would be closed for a half-marathon. One tip: Be sure to check the city calendar for local events and plan accordingly. The complimentary wine tasting was an unforgettable highlight and deeply appreciated and our only regret was that our visit was far too brief—but we’re already planning to return next year!

Charming 5-Star+ Apartment!

What an incredible time we had at this stunning, beautifully renovated property in the Oltrarno. It truly went beyond our highest expectations. Centrally located on the quaint Via Maggio, one can easily walk to famous historic sights, excellent restaurants, and have access to magnificent shopping, just steps from the apartment. The owners clearly have superb taste and have spared no expense to make this apartment the perfect home during your stay in Florence. The living/dining room is beautifully appointed. The incredible sectional sofa and comfortable chairs provide plenty of seating. Two large windows, looking out at Pitti Palace, add to the charm of this apartment. The lovely kitchen, with top-of-the-line appliances, made it easy to cook meals even though we preferred sampling the local cuisine from nearby trattorias. We especially enjoyed Enoteca Spontanea, La Casalinga, and Il Santo Bevitore. All three attractive, spacious bedrooms have high quality mattresses and gorgeous, modern bathrooms. Overlooking internal courtyards, there is absolutely no street noise. A complimentary wine tasting was a truly memorable experience and very much appreciated. The owners and house manager could not have been more gracious and accommodating, providing lots of guidance before and during our stay. Their comprehensive guidebook was very well done. Our only disappointment was that our stay was far too short, and we are already making plans to return next year!
