The space
** Late/Peak Leaf Peeping-season is looking like mid October thru possibly early November. Some of the most blaze orange extravagant colors should be visible almost all October long! We do accept longer term rentals when schedule allows (winter) Please message us for info. We also own a neighboring cabin if you would like to combine for bigger group. Just message us for availability.

The cabin has two bedrooms plus a loft and a screened in porch. These are lakeside cottages that have shared outdoor space.

Brand NEW remote control Ductless minisplit AC/Heat is setup and cools and heats unit rapidly. The cottage has 2 ceiling fans for plenty of airflow.

FIRE PIT RULES: We have purchased a fire permit for your use while staying with us which is valid thru 12/2024. Please use the designated fire pit area in the center of the grounds for your fires and smoking. It is a very large fire pit with chairs around it. No other area is designated for fires including the sitting area (Garden with Adirondack chairs) next to our cottage. Wood only, no charcoal briquettes, and fires cannot be left unattended and must be fully extinguished after use. we keep an extra bucket in the cabin labeled for putting out your fire. Please do not throw glass into the fire. This fire pit is the only area where open flames are allowed including smoking per the fire Marshall of NH

Other things to note

Dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis. According to Association rules, for the safety and enjoyment of all owners and guests, one dog per unit is permitted on the property and must be registered with the Association before booking confirmation. As this is shared property, and to avoid confusion, we kindly request advance notice of service dogs. Dogs must be leashed on the property at all times, and pet messes must be cleaned up promptly. Failure to follow association rules will result in fines and/or removal from the property without refund. You are responsible for your pup or any damage/fines. Thank you!

This is a cabin with a 22,000 btu hyper heat heatpump rated for extreme temperatures. There is a hill to get to the cabin which is rock/dirt, AWD best in snowstorms. The road is plowed and salted/sanded but there is always a thing layer due to it not being paved. Summer 2023 we have added a stand up AC for additional comfort. Please ask us if you have any questions.

Please wear water shoes in the lake in case there are fishing hooks.

NH does not allow firewood to cross state lines. Please plan to buy in NH if you are interested in using the fire pit. No Briquettes and fires must never be left unattended. The designated Fire Pit area is the only area open flames are allowed per NH rules. They sell firewood at the local gas station, and at Shaws in Lancaster as well as on the main road in Littleton. A bundle is anywhere from $5-10… keep your eyes open for roadside self-serve stations!

We provide hand towels and one shower towel per guest. We include extra if we have them and will provide beach towels for lake activity. If you think you might need more towels, please bring extra. Thanks!

Stolen/Lost towels will be $35 each to replace so it is best practice to bring all towels inside and put it in a pile including outdoor beach towels.

Early Check in before 3pm or late Check out after 11am may be available for a $25-$40 fee depending on length and season and confirming with host. Please be respectful as we try to have the place spotless for the next guest. We operate at a very high occupancy rate so often there are same-day turnover’s and we appreciate anything that you can do to make it easier for the next guest. Again any questions please ask us .
