This cottage sits on a 5-acre lot directly behind the historical Applebrook B&B.

The space

Due to CV-19, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces & following all CDC and Airbnb's enhanced cleaning guidelines to ensure your health & safety.

Enjoy a spectacular getaway in this spacious and comfortable home while being in the heart of the White Mountains close to everything the north country has to offer! ATV, hiking, hunting, fishing, skiing, and direct snowmobile trail access. This home is located directly next to the Waumbek Golf Course, Santa's Village, and Fort Jefferson. Easy access to Bretton Woods and Mount Washington.

Guest access:
Rental and access are for the cottage only, with no access to the Applebrook bed and breakfast.

Other things to note:
This space is designed with your comfort in mind. We are located in the north country so in winter please bring your warm clothes, your house slippers (tile floors can get cold), and don't forget your toothbrush! In summer be sure to bring your bug spray and sunblock and hiking boots! Please note this cottage sits behind the Applebrook Bed and Breakfast so the outdoor yard is a shared space. There are bugs including flies we keep a bug zapper in the cottage you may use.

We are pet-friendly and have a doggy bed for your furry friend to use. $75 pet fee applies.
